Those are special rewards from a game called Poker Night at Inventory 2. Once you win the round of poker with a rare Glados item as a reward, this skin will be avalible in BL2.
I believe you get them from owning poker night 2 on steam and doing some challenges, alternatively if you're on pc you can just download bl2 profile editor and unlock all cosmetics.

If you’ll notice, that number 250,000 actually ends with a k. Meaning it’s not two hundred and fifty thousand, it’s two hundred and fifty MILLION

how did you not get any damage over time at 0:54? it looks like you were hit, and i thought it was a guarenteed damage over time
his bee is immune to that element so he gets no dot when hit by that element as long as his shield is up.
Only the aoe slam attack is guaranteed DoT iirc

Yep I have tried all the seraphs pete, master gee, hyperius, voracidous, the ancient dragons of destruction all of them and i cant kill any of em

Make sure you knock his helmet off first with a Trespasser or Amigo Sincero so you can score critical hits.
