Alright, I know this comment is way late, but watching this video like 40 times, I think I understand why Desbug took a hit on the Rock Paper Scissors when Rays’ POW was hit but Desbug lost a muncher.
My best guess is that it had to do with Panga spectating; there might be some weird glitch with the spectating in Versus mode that, when a POW is in a radial proximity of the user being spectated and the POW is hit, it affects the screen around the spectated user. That would be my best guess; if the Rock Paper Scissor level is still relevant, maybe try this out sometime!
