BOSS PLOW controller pad replacement

Touch pad on my BOSS snowplow controller was falling apart- putting a new one in it is a little tricky, but definitely doable.
Here's how you do it; works on both V plow & straight blade controllers.
ALSO will work on other types of plows that have a similar type of controller.
