For those of you studying precious gems, can you guess why? Rubys are red corundum. Sapphires are blue corundum. The person owning this beautiful combination of corundum was estatic!

Most drills and saws used during construction have diamond tips that have these tiny colored diamonds on them that can fall off the blades and drill bits. But it's actually incredibly expensive and used for perfumes and colognes.
