I am using symphony SUMO 75 xl from last 6 months DAILY, but from two days its motor is getting jammed. i called its customer care they are coming tomorrow for motor change, it is under warranty, what if it gets damaged after one year when its warranty expires? SO I DONT RECOMMEND SYMPHONY

Point to be noted after deep analyzing about various coolers it not all only about features but also about Maintenance.
Crompton Optimus is good i know but if u want maintenance then.
1- You have to open 9 screws then disconnect back humidity regulator after that u able to complete open back panel
of Optimus model which is a headache while symphony have only easily Hooks on top and in seconds u can open
it for maintenance.
2. Plastic body of Optimus is sharp from inside maybe it injured your hands while cleaning so wear something before cleaning.
3- My friends complain for rust in 9 screws in Optimus model so another point that make an issue.
4- Crompton service is poor as i heard from many youtubers and this Optimus model need actually a expert service man which we can expect from company only. A Normal life person or workaholics person can't deal with this cooler maintenance.
I am not promoting any cooler. I also want to buy a best cooler and i keep analyzing which cooler will be good... USHA AEROSTYLE 70L is also a Copycat along with same features as Crompton Optimus.
Symphony is for those who want to maintain cooler self and easily. Optimus is for those who like extra features and can able to maintain self.
Your one point is totally wrong that is . Symphony Sumo not have Auto Fill .. actually Sumo model provide u free pipe so u can connect ur cooler from TAP directly so it shows clearly that symphony have auto fill u can check again on Amazon or Flipkart.
Auto Dain feature in Optimus is not so useful Because it will not drain all water from cooler later u have to remove rubber in bathroom for 100% water drain..so if u do 1st same in symphony then it is okie.
But still its true Optimus is better but Sumo also best at own place for easily maintenance.
