I really appreciate such effort on repairing this place once a home and become it livable again. This man deserves words of praise indeed but I would never cover the house wall with pine panels!!! You're hiding such original, history and beautiful wood!! You should have polish, painted it and only repair rotten, broken or new places!! The one thing I wonder, if they "find" these buildings, do they purchase them or make some kind of arrangements to keep them. Was man doch immer wieder für kleine Schätze in alten Häusern findet 😀 Schon allein was dort an Ton oder Keramiktöpfen steht, damit könnte man, würde man sie hier in Deutschland verkaufen, fast ein neues Auto bekommen. In Asiatischen Ländern mögen sie fast nichts kosten, in Europa sind diese kaum bezahlbar.
