40/20 is a step up, but tends to be overestimated. With the right strategy, it's really quite simple. Just a few tricky animatronics to deal with, and then you're home free. If anyone has trouble with nightmarionne and nightmare bb or ballora, swap them with nedd bear and orville elephant and use the heater every 30 seconds for 5 seconds and rockstar freddy can be a good reminder if you didn’t use the heater already

Yes because most characters are unable to attack unless you have your camera flipped up, which is basically the only reason 50/20 is possible lol.

Hey, your guides have helped me out a ton today, I have had this game for almost a week I think (With only a little experience) and my highest was 3800 score for a long time, and now with your guides I have 6400! Before attempting this one, I've been adding slowly to practice with the mask and everything, I'll edit this once I beat it
Adding animatronics one by one is actually a pretty smart idea. I wish I did that instead of trying to go from 6000 points straight to 8000

Well ambience I can say that the animatronics you set and your strategy work. It took me about 10 tries but I did it! My main losses were from Golden Freddy, Nigtmarionne, Nightmare BB, and Nightmare Fredbear at the beginning. But sometimes it was because it took me long at the beginning to set up and it was so hard at first. But apart from setup, it really is that easy!

I was currently struggling with passing 5000 by myself, didn't know the concept of the plushies and rockstar Chica for cam 2 plus the power gen/fan stuff, and now easily beat 6000, 7000, and 8000 first attempt. Attempting now adding characters little by little, amazing guide, simple and easy to follow.
i still dont understand the concept of the plushies and rockstar chica for cam 2? could u explain it to me? also the power gen/fan stuff
@@alixkk9885the power generator causes a lot of noise, but slows down power consumption, meaning power drains slower. The fan is used to cool down the office, making some noise but not much, and it helps not activate Jack O Chica. The plushies are simple, Nightmare Mangle, Nightmare Bonnie or Circus baby appear in the right hall, buy their plushies, the AI difficulty varies on the amount of fazcoins necessary to purchase that specific plushie. And the easiest way to Deal with Rockstar Chica is to not use the cameras at all to check on her but to place the wet floor sign on both sides then pull the monitor up when every other animatronic is dealt with, of course.
@@alixkk9885the Plushies animatronics won't attack you as long as you stay on Cam 2. That's how they are programmed. But if you, for once move from camera 2 will be killed inevitable, unless you have 20 fazcoins to buy the plushie but with all animatronics and distractions is a waste of time to collect Fazcoins.
This helped so much! I failed the first few times just panicking and missing golden Freddy and nightmare bb, until I got that weird glitch where you get put in the 8000 office, and I finally beat it

TYSM, AT FIRST I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE BAD CUZ OF NIGHTMARIONETTE AND NIGHTMARE BB BUT YOUR STRATEGY WAS ACTUALLY WORKING.
I’d like to say thank you very much! I was trying to beat 50/40 mode myself however the plush animatronics were so hard, I thought they where impossible, so I ended up following this tutorial for the most part, with the exception of adding Rock Bonnie replacing Nightmarionette because I’m playing on mobile, and also had Nedd Bear and Orville instead of Nm Mangle and Freddy. I’m not sure why, but I find Freddy extremely hard to deal with at least when I beat 50/1 mode, but it’s safe to say I beat 50/40 mode because of you!

That's basically near enough what I did and after I went in this order for adding characters:
Nedd bear and orville elephant, just gotta turn the heater on before going to the cams
Rokstar bonnie, mainly luck but less likely to appear if you aren't on the cams for too long
Right now I am currently trying to beat music man and lefty by doing the same thing for both of them which is just not using the power generator, turning on the fan when it hits 80 degrees and then back off when it gets back to 60 but the other animatronics are distracting me and getting me killed
Next I will add chica and marionette/puppet which all you need to do is switch between the global music box and whatever else every 14-15 seconds
Then for foxy, just check on him at the start of the night and after try to keep bonnie on the desk for as long as possible, if foxy is on the desk one of ambience's videos on chaos 3 or 2 I think shows how to switch between them without actually going to the camera, just on it for barely anytime so only the figurine is changed.
Toy freddy is luck again just make sure to check on him and close the correct door if you have the chance.
Funtime foxy can just be death coined so just get as many coins as possible at the start of the night then get the death coin to get rid of him (useful at a specific time on 50/20 due to plushtrap so you can watch him aswell)

Some more tips: always do power generator and fan as it saves power that would’ve been used from the fan. you can use is that rockstar Bonnie and withered Bonnie will only appear if you’re on cams at 0:13 intervals (0:13, 0:26, 0:39, etc.) another tip is that music man is able to replace nightmarrione as really all you need to do is turn off power generator and fan. Pretty much for music man and lefty all you need to do is turn on power generator and fan. If music man starts to clap then just turn those off and turn on global music box until he either stops or 15 seconds have passed (assuming puppet is enabled). And for puppet turn on global music box at 0:15 second intervals (0:15, 0:30, 0:45, etc.) hope these tips help you achieve higher goals!
chica also uses the 0:15 intervals

I probably did something that is pretty common
I slowly added one extra animatronic each time I won, from 10 animatronics to 11, then 12, and so on. If I fail, I adjust my strategy I tried until I win. The top 10 characters I never want to have are probably:
1) Toy Freddy (Nuff-said)
2) Chica (Music is a horrific nightmare to handle)
3) Puppet (Winding the music box is a whole chore)
4) Rockstar Bonnie (Like Puppet, his task is an entire chore in itself, but more random)
5) Lefty (I can't be bothered to use Global Music Box, and also will forget about it easily, resulting in quick death)
6) Music Man (Power Generator is my friend, and I rarely turn it off unless using another device like the Heater)
7) Ballora (When there is tons of noise, it is almost impossible to hear her music properly)
8) Nightmare BB (I instinctively shine my light to remove Phantom Freddy and Freddles)
9) Foxy (Watching him is, like Puppet and Rockstar Bonnie, a whole chore)
10) Funtime Foxy (Multiple things can stop me from viewing him, from Old Man to a Phantom pulling my screen down to being too occupied with another character and unable to look at him)
I myself am not a 50/20 mode chaser, especially since I'm on console, and while people have beaten it on console, I feel it is INFINITELY more difficult than on PC due to less nimble controls when using a controller instead of a mouse.
You are a legend for doing these challenges though Ambience, keep up the good work, I only discovered you a few days ago, but you've helped me greatly.
i believe turning off nightmare bb and nightmarionne and having neddbear and rockstar bonie on is better that the vice versa but, other than that, great job!
Fun fact: you can office stall chica by not lifting up the camera because she can only jumpscare when the camera is on.
I've done 32/20 and I got the game 2 weeks ago (with no prior fnaf experience) so I feel pretty good about going for this run in maybe a week or two. Also thanks for the guide.

Maybe make a guide on how to deal with Dee Dee without DDRepel? Seems like something to help out with pre 50/20, aside from just quitting the attempt, losing the power ups.

I just beat 44/20. Im working my way up on mobile. The only things on the roster that I've tweaked is: night marionne is off(because of how he works in the mobile version) I have ballora off, and I have rockstar Bonnie and chica on. Because I use this strategy, I never encounter him, I also know how to do the gmb cycle. Ned bear, Orville, and music man are on. . In my books, I'm doing insane especially for mobile and how challenging it can be.

YESSSS NOW I CAN BEAT IT AFTER SO LONG I've been waiting for this but ballora comes at same time as toy animatronics its annoying so ill swap ballora for Rockstar bonnie
It took me like 5 times to do this in mobile and when I tell you my heartbeat was beating it was to the point where you can hear it. Then I did it and unlocked all of the offices
Thx, this helped so much. I swapped out ballora with rockstar bonnie because I'm to lazy to wear headphones since I play on nintendo switch. But where's another strategy that I follow.
Step 1: keep the front vent closed the whole round because Mangle is upredictable
Step2: close left Door whenever ventelation reset to stop freddy cuz a reset happens every 30-50 and freddy makes your way to the door at the same time
Step 3: keep the fan off but turn it off after a reset because clothing a door wastes to much power. Don't let it go over 90 pr 100 tho cause jack o chica
Step 4: keep your mouse at the bottom left corner to avoid nightmarionne and to not flash nightmare bb
Step 5: thats it, the rest is easy, but I prefer tour method more because It saves more power and makes it a little easier
Bonus 6: rockstar bonnie is still a pain because he still has a chance to appear every 13 seconds, so don't flip up your monitor at 13,26,39 etc.

I’m not really comfortable with nightmaronette and nightmare Balloon boy and the music box animatronics (Chica , lefty and the puppet) and most of my runs end up being jump scared by Golden Freddy

great guide, but personally Id have rockstar bonnie over nightmarionne, I rarely have the camera up on a 13 second interval anyway so its essentially free points.
Good point, I just think newer players might have a better time with less RNG and getting used to Nightmarionne early is really valuable. I'd only say it's for sure worth changing if you're on mobile.

I can't beat nightmare before and fun time foxy and rockstar chica and toy Freddy because trash and the gang AND helpy jump scares me when I try to get into cams so that's pretty much it.

Because I was lazy and wanted to get 5000 points for the FNaF 3 office, I turned all the animatronics that require you to do things and only kept the hallway and the push back with heater (not nightmares, circus baby or funtimes) ones and turned on 102% power. Then I proceeded to turn the heater on and close everything. (I actually survived lol)
You can actually beat 5000 Points by Doing nothing

I was having so much problem with this but finally beat it a week or two ago, but today I tried it again and beat it in 2 tries. I would’ve beat it in 1 try but I was an idiot and kept thinking I could mute phone guy before nightmarionne could kill me
i tried with this roster but I really couldn’t manage to to it, but then i switched nigmarionne and nightmare bb with need bear and orville, and to avoid them i used the heater for around 2 seconds before opening the camera, but remember to switch on the fan

I just beat this! Difference is I had Nightmare BB, Nightmarionne and Ballora of. Instead I had Nedbear, Orville and Rockstar Bonnie on 😊
I personally think that any nights that doesn't have foxy/toy freddy/funtime foxy(nightmarion too if you are playing on phone) are easy nights,those ones could get pretty troublesome at the 20/50 mode and most likely left to luck cause you will have to cam stall plushies animatronics,(unless you are planning to farm 70 fazbear coins),music box and heat animatronics can be handled fairly easily once u stop forgetting about them

U need to get rid of office distractions/animatronics then click at nightmarion blindspots fast cause he reacts very quick especially in 20/50
Phone version is harder than pc.took me a few days to get 20/50 done in phone even when I was doing 20/45 easily,in PC just a few tries

I beat 40/20 today, took me very few tries really, so thanks for the guide! I beat 40/20 with Rockstar bonnie since hes more managable, and i was wondering, how do you not get jumpscared by rockstar chica? I would always die by her even when doing all steps correctly. Awesome video btw, i hope i'll be able to move on with 45/20 after understanding how rockstar chica works! =)
Keep the wet floor sign on the left side of the office, and set the monitor to CAM 02 as soon as you can. She can be cam-stalled same as the plushies, so as long as you keep the sign on the left you should be fine.

Use the cam-stalling strategy.
I just replaced nightmarionne with ned bear even tho I’m always afraid one of the duct animatronics will escape from the audio loop and jumpscare me when I pull the cam up
Dude I did this strat and beat it from only being able to do 5000 I beat this in around 7 tries

In my opinion it gets so much easier for mobile if you:
Swap out ballora, nightmarrionne and rockstar chica
And add nedd bear, Orville elephant and music man
From there you switch between using the heater, power gen and desk fan

Thanks for the hint, now I’ll be trembling in fear cuz I will have to be vulnerable to depleting power (means I can’t ward off Freddy and the vent animatronics as much) and Jack-O-Chica + Rockstar Freddy (cuz I need to have the fan off as well) just to stop this one nightmare son-of-a-gun from ending my misery with his cymbals of doom.

How do we deal with Mangle and the rest of the vent animatronics? (Besides Springtrap)
close the forward vent door when flipping up the camera, eliminating the chances of all the vent animatronics attacking you.
I have some problems with mangle and withered chica. Is it normal? I play ucn on ps4

How does he flip up the camera without moving his mouse? I didn't see any buttons for that and it looks like I'm going to need it
Press S on the keyboard. When you first start a challenge after booting up the game, you'll see a list of hotkeys.
The reason I keep the left door closed when resetting ventilation is just because of Rockstar Chica (I put the safety sign on the right because freddy's on the left so it's like killing two birds with one stone
But the sign being on left wards her off? The reason U keep on Cam 02 is to Cam stall the plushies and Rockstar chica which cannot Jumpscare unless you switch cameras

Well, good luck dealing with plushie animatronics then. Cuz the only way of cam stalling plushie dudes and Rockstar Chica is to… ahem… (sorry caps) NEVER, TOUCH, THE WET FLOOR SIGN.

Guys, if you want an easier preset I recommend replacing Ballora and Scraptrap with Ned Bear And Orville Elephant as Ballora and Scraptrap require very extreme reflexes. To deal with Ned Bear and Orville, do everything that was shown in the video. But, in the vent reset, with the other things, turn on the heater for 2-3 seconds, then turn on the power gen and fan, then reset. (While closing the forward vent)
So:
Vent reset= left door closed for 2 secs, then open-> heater on for 3 secs -> power gen and fan back on -> forward vent closed -> cam flip reset -> open forward vent -> chill for the rest of the night
This is the easiest preset for 40/20, I guess.
or replace Nightmarrione with Ned Bear, go to the duct system, place the audio lure where he said but open the right duct and close the left duct. I experimented with this and I think it will be easier without something that requires me to not hover over it with the mouse
