I actually think the bad video & audio is part of the point. If you are relying on audio and video alone, you will lose out on quality info, if it records poorly. That’s why it’s critical to have an assistant moderator who takes copious notes also.
- no appropriate introduction - inappropriate body language - not sticking to the topic/ subject of the experiment. - not addressing concerns and questions properly - not listening, focus on the subjects is nowhere to be found - jumping from person to person - not assissting the subjects - unprofessional setting - unclear instructions
