As someone mentioned, the movie is a Rom-Com and might appeal to a young audience. Coincidently, I watched the movie during my flight from New York to Oslo in July of 2022 when I visited Norway for the first time. My trip was scheduled around her July 10 Kurdbadhagen concert in Sandefjord when AJ was 16. I will never forget her stage presence and I will never cross a live experience with her off of my bucket list.

It was her 3rd movie soundtrack appearance. 1st was on an episode on the Netflix series Lilyhammer, where she also had a guest role, playiing a bar singer at age 8 (it's sort of a black comedy, so that's why this was possible). She sang I'm A Fool To Want You in the bar, and also contributed Glommy Sunday, which was used elsewhere in the episode.
Then she sang the title song for the documentary "Smile", which is about the Norwegian poker player Thor Hansen, likely around age 12 to 13.

People wonder what Republic Records is doing, this is what they are doing for Angelina. How many appearances etcetera has she done since she signed with RepublicRecords, including an ad spot, German Next Top Model, FIE theme song performance with Red One, and the list goes on, way more then some established artists!
AFAIK, this Duffy cover was created for the opening credits of the film, I don't remember her singing it before. She recently performed a stage version in Vegas that is a bit different from this one for she can't do lead and backing vocals on stage at the same time like she did here (one of her songs from Vegas that I really like). This movie was released in December 2021, so she was still 15. Is it worth watching? It's a romcom, so, well... The song was co-written by Duffy and Steve Booker, but the lyrics are all Duffy (had already written the lyrics before she met Booker for the first time). and btw I like your style, well done 👍

Check out Our Time she mase which is used in SoFi financial commercial. And played at SoFi stadium according to someone else who said they had heard it while there. She was also in a TV show briefly as a lounge singer. Sorry, but I can't recall the name of the show. Not the video of 7th Heaven but I suppose it may have been that sort of scene but I have not seen it myself but only heard about it. ❤️👣

While this is really good, I do prefer her live version from Las Vegas, it's more "her" song there. Check it out, but be sure to watch James Thiel's version 😊 Otherwise, great reaction, as always 😊
Dunno why whoever recommended this didn't point you at her Vegas concert rendition of this song. Even though the sound quality is a little lacking due to cell phone technology, the production is still better than whoever produced this soundtrack edition. And her performance of the song live was better than this studio recording.
