I watch your reviews from Senegal, West Africa and I like your style. Keep up the good work. I think Declaration is better than Declaration d'un Soir. The only problem I have with both is I spend so much energy to hide them away from my wife!

Very funny post! :-) To me both are great fragrances but the original is more suited for warm climates like Sénégal. I used to love the Original Déclaration but the new formulation really sucks as compared to the old one. Back in a days the original use to last at least 4 hours to 6 hours on my skin which was really great for a citrus summer scent but nowadays it fades away within 2 hours max. I hate reformulations. lol

Nice vid! This scent is in my humble opinion one of the most underrated fragrance ever in the frag community.To my nose it is one the best rose scent ever made even if you compare it to niche scents. You have here the best quality price ratio ever! A true bang for your buck product and a compliment getter if you know how to dress yourself and polarize yourself in order to wear it to the fullest.
I blind bought the 100ml it was reasonably priced here in Japan. I hated it and after trying to like it 5 or so times i put the bottle in my to sell box, after watching your video i went back to it and now i think i like it can actually appreciate the opening which i used to hate, i will not be selling this but looking forward to using it more maybe in the fall as Japan is going into the terribly humid hot summer. Cheers. I think spraying it a bit and leaving it a year or so to oxidize has mellowed out the smell and made it better, i have noticed the same thing with Terre de hermes eau tre fraiche.

when it comes to rose, I actually prefer darker, damper scents like Voleur de Roses. This one is an oldskool almost fougere-like take on rose. Not bad
I used to work for a Dutch flower company in the UK and we had fresh flowers delivered to the warehouse every morning from Holland..and let me tell you this smells like the fresh dark red roses that got delivered every day..

I purchased a 100ml bottle for $45.00 on ebay. I took a risk, but I've been collecting fragrances since 2016. My nose has truly developed and I recognize I purchased an authentic fragrance. It truly isn't for every man, but I appreciate this scent due to it's uniqueness. It performs extremely well on my skin up to 12 hours plus.
Great comments on this frag. I have it, do not use it very often. Yes, you are correct, that's roses I smell in this as I examine it with you now. It is for a more mature man. Not for younger men.

i've been very successful with my blind purchases so far... where i live, i just don't hav the chance to sample much of the popular (CZcams) fragrances. (Sauvage has only now reached my country)... So a blind purchase is what i'm left up to. I gotta say, Declaration d'Un Soir really intrigues me, but no chance to sample.... Right now in my collection, my purchases are reserved for the frags i've sampled
Joy sir , it's a wow one. Really orgasmic and to me it's cannot be loved by many men as they want something barbershopy / fougere / strong woody etc all in all it's not for starter. Not beastly and I think it' not made for that. Very stylish.Thanks for the elaborate review ......
I just bought a 30ml decant of this fragrance for a very reasonable price of about 9usd, is this fragrance suitable for the hot and humid weather of South East Asian and how many spray should i spray?
I've seen this whole line go for 40 euro for 100ml, 30 euro for testers online. Retail stores really rip you off with this brand. Declaration and essence remind me too much of sweaty body odor. Soir and l'eau are on my to buy list.
