Just reading through the comments, I can tell that it's not playback, there is difference between the recorded and this. Most pop artists use playback these days purely because their voices aren't strong enough - or they're autotuned to the max. Some people still have talent you know. hammerfall is amazing and they're talented!! ♥

+Bekii Nagy Agree,this is DEFENATLY NO PLAYBACK.. I have seen these shows a few times and this is a real amazing live band. Live shall not have the same speed ,tune and sound like albums,thats make live band like hammerfall so damn good. Jonas, I agree this version is amazing.

What if i told you that both Sabaton and Hammerfall were on the same stage , as Hammerfall were the main group ? It was on a concert in Bulgaria. And i will say that both groups were close to the fans. Damn close , less than 2 metters away from them. Same with Edguy.

Dalhalla is a beutiful place in Rättvik and yes, it is water in the front of the stage! ;)
Such a studio band. Bands like Sabaton and Edguy would never be that far from the audience. But after all these years they still sound pretty good.

Just seen this band live and they sound exactly the same live as they do on their albums or close to it and they do make mistakes live but very minor.. A band with true talent.. :)

That's not really what we meant. His hands are synced with the sound for a few seconds, but then you can clearly tell that he's not playing the same notes as you can hear.
A lot of bands rerecord both guitars and vocals afterwards when they are about to release a DVD, it's to make sure that it will sound good and to get rid of fuck-ups. Megadeth does is a lot.

Well that means that it's rerecorded after the show, not as bad as playback but still... I respect any metal band and hammerfall have some seriously good songs, i just didn't expect this.

I have seen them live a year ago and they were as amazing as I thought. Just in this video, there was a stupid water pool between them and the public (damn, why?), so they could not interact, it seems.

its a difference what is on the DVD and what is on stage. Even if you listen hear a studio version for an instrument or two, they can play live live.
In most cases "not so well played" parts of the live recording is replaced by a snippet from album or they record it later.
and seriously its not recorded before the show i was there. And if you think that you dont respect hammerfall. They would never do that

I would disagree o: people like Hendrix, Manowar, Deep Purple, and a whole lot of others which I can't name right now always had a live sound which I preferred to their recordings ...
such a cool venue but it's probably a good thing they're taking a year off, they seem a little worn out after 15 years, hopefully they'll come back with renewed power
