    Nice looks like Im not only one with a zero turn handling the XL with no issues. I know Cyclone Leaf reps told me they don't advise using a ZT with it but you do it fine and so do I. BOOM!!!

    if you buy several cans of motomix a year, id suggest buying a couple bottles of 2 cycle mix from STIHL compatible with a 2 1/2 gallon can. will cut the price in half

      HotRampMedia ... Exactly, gas is expensive enough. I have no idea why people want to make it MUCH more expensive by buying the premixed in a can. It’s not hard at all to mix your own.

      @skippytwonder Před 2 lety

      I can't believe people are so insecure in their ability to mix their own 2 cycle fuel that they buy premix in a can.

    I use it on customer's yard, the z10... You do have to be careful maneuvering, that back end swings out and sideways, it's easy to damage but they're really good sending replacement parts so... As for the br350, my br700 doesn't even compete with the cyclone rake, on that note the cyclone rake even outperforms my 10hp push blower.

    The cyclone rake is not best for wet soft grounds because it gets heavy and the weight has to turn along with the mower and you also cant ride along any thing like a wall or a fence or turn away from a wall or fence I been using one since 13 years and the only thing thats really good about it wet leaves wont clog it but the water will run down and leak on the engine from the wet leaves and things will shake loose and it has broken the back of the mower couple of times by being heavy from turning because it swings and not follow you

    You’re wasting your money spending $30/gallon on premixed fuel. It’s no different than using ethanol free gas and mixing 2-cycle oil with it. Use the Stihl brand oil if it makes you happy. Including the oil, that’s a little over $3/gallon instead of $30.

      I have 87 and 91 ethanol free unleaded about a mile from me at a privately owned filling station. But alot of people aren’t that lucky.

    how is the Cyclone on taking up the grass?

    • @jayfirebaugh
      @jayfirebaugh  Před 5 lety +3

      I only use it for leaves. I usually just discharge the grass back onto the yard. But I can tell you that Cyclone has a lot of suction so I'm sure it'd be good for that if you wanted to.
