How many of yall had to wait on AFI to get to class? Let me know in the comments! Also, go Follow me on IG and leave an 📸emoji in my latest post! instagram.com/theofficial_rickybowden/
I'm at ait now for 25v, so far I'm enjoying the freedom we have compared to basic. Dissapointed that we don't get a lot of sleep here but the sacrifice is worth it because 25v from what I've learned is one of the greatest mos's. If you want to join, don't do it now. With Covid going on you will have a lot fewer freedoms, especially as a "trainee". For example you can only use the gym once a week if you are a phase 5/5+ and you can't leave post. I haven't started class yet but will let you know how it goes if you're interested and have questions
Have you started class yet? I’m currently talking to a recruiter and this is one of my top choices
Following bro I'm trynna go in as 25v too
@@JordyPhi Yes I've started class, I'm actually just over half way done now. The class has 108 training days and if you're a 25v or 25m you will have a follow on course. From what my instructors and drill sergeants tell me, once you get into the big Army these are top of the line jobs.
@@mike5195 Good for you bro, I'd say wait until this whole pandemic blows over or there is some sort of vaccine for the troops. We don't get a lot of freedoms nowadays with drill sergeants now back at AIT, especially with covid. The whole base is on kind of a lockdown. Other than financial stability there is not much reason to join right now.
Bro, I went through the same thing with housing. I went there knowing I could bring my family, and asked the DS about it after I reached 5A. They kept giving me the run around, so I went to the housing office. They got me a house but neglected to tell me that I needed orders, so I moved my family down, and never got reimbursed for the move. I'm still pissed at them 17 years later.
Bowden, I just wanna say thanks for the advice when I got there
No problem at all!!!
Damn I’m really thinking of re-classing to this MOS. Currently 11B (Airborne)
BccTheGOAT SAME!
I'm a prior service Marine who got out and joined the Army reserves as a 88M motor transport Operator. Im currently in the IRR and thinking if i should join with this MOS. I have one 4 year old and a wife. I liked the housing and moving them down to AIT part. Once you're done with the AIT portion, I'm assuming they help you move out to your new base with your family yeah?
nice videos man, cant wait to join, hitting this gym everyday
What was your asvab score ? I’m binge watching your videos
CIERA MICHELLE 118
I'm enlisting into the national guard on November 12th under this mos when I turn 17 I'm doing split ops can't wait
Haha the Slagel dfac at ft. Sam was terrible. We called it the Chum Bucket. But Roccos DFAC was awesome.
I remember that....yall got to train with Public Affairs til yall got inti class finally
Thinking about reclassing to 46S in the USAR. Wondering how MOS-T looks like on Fort Meade for an E-6. Do we have to march and supervise the IET soldiers or can we mostly kept separate. Any tips?
Hi brother. Please tell me how do they assign you your photo equipment when you get to your duty station. Maybe this will make a good video to post up. 11 bravo retired.
Trying to reclass from 25U to this MOS.
It's an Awesome MOS for sure, Thanks for watching
Trying to reclass as a 25v active duty from 12B NG for the last 5 years (6 in December) hoping for the best
Lmao!! I died at Ft. Bragg 😂
Good video Sgt. 👍👍👍
Thanks for Watching bro!
You are hilarious!!! I’m torn between this MOS and 46S. I’m wondering which would be better for someone with a CZcams channel. Also which would be better for females. Both seem sooooo interesting
Hey brother I’m seeing online that AIT for 25V is only 12 weeks, is that true?
Leon E. Orange Jr. 26 weeks unless it changed.
All the waiting that you did, is it the same wait for a mos-t soldier I’m trying to reclass to 25v
Scrap Muscle probably not now, you’ll go right into class
Oh ok rgr
I'm heading there Friday. At what times do you get your phones?
When I was there we could always have our phones, except during school. Things may have changed since 2011. Good Luck man and thanks for watching.
Should I bring my laptop with me to AIT in Fort Meade or should I just have my family ship it later?
You can bring it
LMBO Forrrrttt Braagggg
TRADOC environment is AIT? So only 10 sets per exercise?
Yes TRADOC is Basic and AIT. Now the Drill Sgt's are returning to AIT so the game will definitely change! Thanks for watching.
The Official Ricky Bowden You’re welcome, and thank you! I’m enlisting and over 30 too so your prospective is definitely appreciated! Check out my channel when you get a chance too.
10 reps, but I probably has changed since I went through.
Also what age bracket were you in for your apft and how was pt
Would also be nice if you can make a video about the dos and donts in Meade and what kind of things to do on pass
27-31 was the bracket I was in for the first month I was there, then I switched to 32 - 26. PT is not as intense as basic so there's more responsibility on you to make sure you're in shape and ready to pass an APFT at anytime.
