@@cjr.5028 he was tired from these few minutes because he isn’t a racer and thus his body isn’t used to extensive riding like this. He always rides in bursts in his video’s or straights. Not actual cornering like this.

Not to take anything away from you Max, but it is clear the guy on the R1 was faster than you. He proved his point then stopped running. It was only then that you caught him and he let you go.

You're right, the max beginning of the video was desperate.
the guy on the R1 wasn't faster, Max won easily on the straight line when he passed him. it was 1-1 cause the R1 passed him and he took his 1st place back. We see near the end that the R1 is right behind him before Max got the straight line.
I would really want to see more of the video, MAX you shouldn't stop the video at this time.
You are completely right - That R1 was, as far as i could see, an RN19 so not even close in power (20PS difference) and overall stats compared to an s1000RR. That guy was really the faster one there. Still entertaining though

I agree, i was actually going to post something similar. The R1 rider stayed on his side of the road where as the S1K rider was straight lining turns just trying to keep up. And the R1 in the titles is not the same as the one in the video. R1 is about 10years old
In last 3-5 years its doesnt matter. All 1000cc sport bikes are almost they same. 99% of successful - its a rider, not a bike.
You ride well Max, but it is clear in the video that the R1 guy is faster then you. He rode faster and with better lines then you and in the end, after proving his faster, he slowed down and let you go. Sorry Dude but that R1 blowing up in the end is not true!!!

Stupidity S1000 vs skill R1. The 25HP S1000 advantage is the only reason the R1 didn't disappear into the horizon.

I like how you show how far back he is at the end yet you were that far back for a long ass time in the beginning. And when his bike is slower he was still able to stay in the lead forever. Good race but you definitely didn't beat him by any meaning of the word. You passed him because he let off before the corner and took that one easy. If not for that you most likely wouldn't have passed him.

has an edge though. Also, that wasn't even a crossplane R1 like shown at the
end. 04' - 08' R1 (completely analog, no electronics, not even ABS, and
nowhere near the output) vs. a 15' or 16' S1000rr ( 2nd revision, complete suite of electronics, race ABS, and 180+ rwhp) not a fair competition!

This is pointless me typing this up but mate you're a good rider - take it to the track if you're gonna ride that hard. I love to have fun on my bike and push it but this is out right dangerous and you're putting others lives at risk with you being on the opposite side of the road. You have a family and friends that care about you so put your talents in a safer environment and still enjoy the rush.
