    I don't know if you will see this, but I want to thank you from a patient. I don't let anything happen to me without knowing the exact details. All the patient information available is far too general. These two videos explained almost everything I wanted to know, and in fact changed my mind about allowing contrast to be given to me.
    And I promise, if I ever enter this field and use a Siemens MRI, I will use manual shim for the care bolus. ;)

    Yes yes yes. Sir I will write my name on a check and give it to you...you can write down any numbers you would like. Then I want you to throw that check in the trash, because I know you do it for the love of the craft. Thank you to all who took part in this endeavor to teach this in such an understandable manner. I am forever in your debt.

    Hi randy. First of all i wanna thank you for uploading these videos. Secondly i want to ask you whats the advantage of setting two stacks of slices instead of just one stack that goes from the dome to the crest?

    • @didiovela5025
      @didiovela5025 Před 2 lety

      I think this option of running two stacks may solve some sort of problem for sure. I think, maybe secondary to solving some other issue, your not using too many coils at once, which as he said can create more noise. Furthermore I noticed a tech just yesterday try to just add a bunch of slices to the stack and the scanner wouldn't run it. Maybe it changes the parameters of the scan too much. As far as how I have to do a little more digging for that. If I find out i will come back and let you know if he doesn't get back first. Still would love to hear his professional opinion on the matter.

    idk how but I'm immediately lost.. at 5 min, I don't get why you're aligning the axial localizers only over the liver but then the coronal slices of the whole abdomen thickness?? Also, not being able to see what you're clicking on the screen doesn't help. thanks tho, great videos overall so far

    First time i have seen the stack minus deal, why do you use that and not just a block to cober everything? Because your area of coberage? My sites we only need top of liver to bottom of kidneys
