You should zoom in, watching fights from this far out doesn't allow you to see what's actually happening.

T1 is fine, but they say use meta 4 which can be expensive . T2 is the best bang for the buck

How do you buy frigates ( ships ) ?
Did you do the basic tutorial yet? Right after you start the game it will put you in new player experience. Then after that you can do all the career agents. They will give you Free frigates. If you don't remember I recommend making a new character and don't skip the tutorial.
If you want to keep using your current character then you can make your way to Jita 4 4 caldari navy assembly plant trade hub and that's where everyone can buy frigates and modules for them

I fly the punisher and the executioner (isn't that great in a Fleet more for solo) punisher and tormenter are the best amar friget brawlers and u fit that executioner too low armour resistance
