Is there a way to slow down the output with gearing in body, can't seem to slow it down with gears under body
If you mean to add another layer of reduction gears inside the gearbox I doubt you could make enough space. You could try trimming the spacers but I think it would be too difficult. Obviously you would also need to find suitable gears to match what is already there.

How do i connect the black and red whire to the solar panel springs?it wont fit
I show you at around 16:24 the tags slide into the springs from the side. The spring opens as you push the tag in

You are right, that link in the video description is nothing to do with this kit, it relates to the 6 in 1 kit that is on the link next to it. I have just done a Google search for you and it looks like these instructions should cover it. Motor gearbox assembly is not working properly
I am afraid that is it is not working for you the best action is to take it apart and start again.
For how long do i need to keep it in sunlight so that it works I am 8 yrs old from India I have assembled it but it is not working Sir
It should work straight away in bright sunlight. If it is not working then I am afraid there is probably something wrong in the build. Something may be rubbing or out of alignment. It is best to test the motor and solar panel before you start so you know that part works right from the beginning. You can check the motor with a battery.
