- The ultimate compilation of the Penguin's soundtracks during his rise to power in Gotham. In chronological order, mostly. I added some screencaps to deliver the mood. All rights to David Russo and Gotham, thank you for the amazing soundtracks.
The only track that is missing is 'Penguin Escapes the Car Crusher'.

Great job! I love how you made the graphics purple, green, and orange to depict Oswald, Ed, and Jerome respectively. You should try both Riddler and both jokers.
