I totally agree. Nova did shows on them and just watching them interact here in Maine they are. I've seen them on the highway with roadkill and they'll jump out of the way of a car at the last second or stay there if they know the care is not in their lane.

So it's actually a common misconception that big cats only wanna eat us. Most of the big cats don't actually find us appealing as far as food goes, most attacks were due to territory and done in a protective manner.

That reptiles dont feel emotions is such a big missconception.
Reptiles have different brains, and feel much more simple base line emotions.
Like comfort, safety, pain, loss, etc.
Only cause more complex emotions like sadness, joy, love, hate, etc are beyond them, doesnt mean they cant feel comfort being around their human who feeds them, grooms them, and is a comfy warm spot to hang out at.

@@oppoe295 thats a myth, no snake will do that, and large pythons/boas can sometimes be more gentle than some dogs! no need to be afraid, a human will never be the first choice on the menu of a snake. snakes are more likely to run or show a threat pose than they are to strike, they see us as predators, not prey

I had a crow "clyde" who fell out of a nest when he was just in pinfeathers. I raised him and he became very affectionate and followed me everywhere. One day I was told someone captured him and stole him. His downfall was he knew no stranger and was friendly to everyone. I really miss him.

I remember 4 years ago when I was 16 I went to a zoo and saw an artic bear. It had a small hole in the side of its cell (where no water was) and it would spit water like a 608 pound water gun. It was weird, but amazing.

Conserved animals don't really attack that much since they're well fed and don't feel like someone is a threat , they're just like domestic cats , they probably don't even know how to hunt , their won't survive in the wild .

Ball pythons also are very tame and loving to each other. They curl up around each other to be close.

My grandpa got a parrot when he was in his 30’s he is now 71 and I’m taking care of this parrot at an older age. They live like 90 years.
