If you are new to "ASMR" and/or my channel, welcome aboard and thanks for dropping by! The majority of videos I create, often in an unorthodox manner, are meant to help you relax, sleep, hopefully experience ASMR, and any other use that might help you find some peace of mind, concentrate, study, decompress, etc.
What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's just a non-scientific, made-up term that a layperson came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasant tingling sensation felt in various parts of the body (head, scalp, back, legs, etc.) in response to various visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps, but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles". However, the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming, comforting and soothing experience for people beyond ASMR purposes. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy these videos.
I experienced ASMR all throughout my life but no longer do as of a couple years ago. However, I still enjoy creating these videos for anyone else that still experiences it or is just looking to relax, sleep, study, etc. - Zábava

Here's an idea for next time you wanna shave the beard:
A survivor in a basement, where hes making video logs and showing his supplies, and its split up into each day, every, eh, 5-10 minutes, and each day his beard gets a bit longer.
You do it by trimming your beard a bit between shots, and shooting them in reverse order, and maybe have a water bottle be filled with various amounts that go down each day.
Just a neat little idea I had, thought id share with ya. Love your asmr, man, helps with my inability to sleep immensely

My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. The Entity is a currently relevant character that is described as 'being' the sanitarium where the events of most of his ASMR videos take place (those that do are often considered part of the 'Rift World' or 'Rift Universe). You can find more in general in his channel playlists where he has a playlist of 'Rift World' videos. Not long ago, he actually released our first encounter with the Entity in a video titled, "Relax with the Entity," I believe.
