How Spaghetti Noodles Are Made: INCREDIBLE Spaghetti Factory!
VloĆŸit
- Äas pĆidĂĄn 23. 06. 2024
- The large-scale production of spaghetti blends traditional methods with modern technology to meet high demand and maintain quality. It starts with durum wheat being cleaned and milled into semolina, which is mixed with water to form dough. The dough is made into large sheets, then shaped into long strands. These strands are carefully transported on hanging stands for even drying. After drying, automated machines cut the spaghetti to the right length and package it. Advanced machinery ensures that the packaging is consistent and properly labeled. This efficient process helps produce the 6 billion pounds of noodles Americans eat each year.

I'm more impressed by how they make the machines than how they make the spaghetti
Yeah!⊠I totally agree with you, amazing machines.
4:38 It looks like really skinny string cheese! đ I like the video, keep it up!
I bought an electric pasta machine and I make my own noodles and spaghetti and I can say that fresh spaghetti is better then store bought and it cooks faster I love seeing how different products are made.
I would like to see a video of the harvesting of the Spaghetti trees before it gets to the factory . . .

Too many broken strands already before even packing đźâđš
Itâs them cutting off the uneven edges.
8:14 âNutritional information is printed in real timeâ, are you sure? At 8:31 it seems as though that information is preprinted, as youâd expect.
Real time means the date and time the product was packaged.
I thought it grew on trees.
