The mentor and apprentice relationship between Superman and Batman is becoming redundant. Brandon is around the same age as David Corenswet. Age wise, they would make a good pair as friends if not best friends.
And it was mostly a creation of the DCEU; much as the numbers in comics are a mess (because of course they are), it’s never been a real trend for them NOT to be peers. Even YJ, which made Barry Allen a few years older than both, still has them only several years apart.
As noted elsewhere, we can have Damian and an early/mid-30s Bruce easily; if “Batman Begins” can make Ra’s Al Ghul part of his pre-Batman training, then why couldn’t Bruce have a love child with Talia that also predates said career? This might not be comics canon but it’s not rocket science…

What happened in Logan wasn’t Wolvie’s fault. But after the life he’s lead, he’s the king of sorrow. He’s outlived so many ppl he’s loved. That’s his gift and curse. Of course he will torture himself with what he could have done different. The Wolverine from Logan has gone through all the main Fox X-Men films we’ve seen throughout the years. He loves Charles dearly, for all that he’s done for him. Giving him a family, a purpose. So of course he’d feel a responsibility to Charles, like he owes him. So if Charles inadvertently killed all the X-Men but Wolvie survived, he’ll feel like he failed them all. That makes sense. But I don’t think that’s what Paradox was referring to. I think this was a different event in which he let his world down. Whether that was losing a battle, being mind controlled into doing something terrible like in the comic “Old Man Logan” or something else. I believe fully that this is a different Logan from an alternate timeline. I don’t think KF would say he told Hugh not to ruin the legacy of Logan by returning, just to turn around and be like “sike! We plucked him right from before the end of Logan!!” That would be dumb and make KF look bad to fans, and the MCU can’t take that right now. They need nothing but wins to get back up to their previous standings. And KF is too sharp/meticulous to fumble like that when the ball is finally back in his hands after the mixed reception of phase 4 thus far 🤷🏾♂️
Kinda like the talk they’re gonna undo RDJ and pull him from another timeline so it won’t fuck up End game. I’m not the biggest fan of them doing that but I’m also stoked to see Wolverine and Deadpool together live action.

My brother has a quest 3 I can borrow.. I am very excited for a new Arkham chapter and to BE the Batman … however if I didn’t have a way to even have a chance to play this I would be pretty bummed that it’s not a console/ pc gaming experience
I am really happy that the DCU castings thus far aren't massively popular celeb actors. I feel like casting biggest stars of the current zeitgeist really limits the iconic potential of these roles. For example, Scarlett Johansson is a great actress, but Hollywood constantly casting her in everything has totally diminished to me the potential that some of her characters had. Because sooner or later, i am just watching Scarlett instead of a fresh and fleshed out character.

If the DCU presentation at that WB investors thing ends up being a private event, then be sure Gunn will come (back) to Brazil's Comic Con Experience late this year to make those announcements. You'd be surprised how people here watched those last films. DC is still very relevant here, and I'm sure they'd take the most receptive audience they can get for this, and It'd probably be streamed worldwide, just like the WW84 presentation.

Finn Witrock is a great actor. I wouldn’t mind Gunn poaching some more of Ryan Murphy’s alumni. Darren Criss, Evan Peters. David was already fantastic in Murphy’s show Hollywood. They’re both casting geniuses.

Krypto in live action kinda worries me. I know this is going to be a more fantastical world but Krypto as a character never really made sense. Maybe he’s going to go the Cadmus or Lex experimenting on the dog route, but to introduce him right out of the gate feels like a lot. Who knows maybe it’ll become adorable. Superman already has a tall order with all the characters it’s introducing, the new universe, & making us care. If anyone can make us care about superpowered animals…. It’s Gunn.
As far as the new Batman Arkham Shadow game coming out, I don't own any Oculus Quest and I'm really not in the budget to be able to afford one right now because my pockets are really shallow. This will probably be a game that most people who have very deep pockets are able to just purchase on a whim and play, or someone who has already done a bit of saving up and already has an Oculus Quest 3. Either way, I'm probably going to watch it on CZcams and I'll still be just as excited. Honestly, anything is better than Suicide Squad kills the Justice League at this point 😂.
And as far as the Deadpool and Wolverine news goes, I am happy that Kevin is letting Hugh Jackman come back as Wolverine. Honestly, Deadpool and Wolverine, especially with Ryan playing Deadpool and Hugh Jackman playing Wolverine, we need those characters who are very popular and have an extremely large fan base. And we know those actors will stay loyal to those characters, so as long as we have those characters, I have faith that the MCU will start slowly making a comeback. Definitely not right away, it's probably going to take a couple to a few years for the MCU to make a full comeback, especially with the amount of money that the studio has lost. But I do have faith that if this movie does well, the MCU will start to very slowly and gradually come back over time.
