Dan, very helpful and easy to understand. Here is my scenario. We are comprised of an executive team (4 individuals), a program manager team (4 individuals), a claims team (2 individuals), a compliance team (2 individuals), a finance team (4 individuals), and a reinsurance team (4 individuals). All these teams need to collaborate with one another within their bases. How would we go about determining which plan is most appropriate for our organization? Thanks for your insights.

Thanks Dan! I came across your video by searching Airtable Pricing in CZcams. I am just starting out with Airtable with 10 days left of the trial. Our Org has 7,000 records in our Base with me and 4 collaborators. The powers that be would like to land on the Plus plan so my question is this: If I split the Base into two Bases, with neither one exceeding 5,000 records, will the cost be 5 seats * $10/seat/month?
Yes, assuming the annual plan (and of course you'll have to measure for user experience - having to go to two different bases, and performing the maintenance to keep both base structures identical sounds tricky). But if that's the goal, you should be able to do that.
@@danleeman Going a step further, would I be able to eliminate seats if I provide a user with an Interface only?
It's outdated. Now they have Team ($20) and Business ($45).
