The cat on the chair is probably the cutest find Iâve ever seen.
Itâs so sweet!
I think it is a dog. Maybe it could be called Blue? đđ
Yes, a dog for certain.
@@ET-yp9vc a cute name!
What could be better than Dad and Daughter spending time together doing something they love. Josie is about as pretty as can be even covered in mud. I'm stoked I found your channel!
Cheers Todd! After a busy week at work it's great to switch off, laugh and have an adventure together đ, take care đ
Wow, that's quite a hole y'all dug!! Wasn't sure Josie was going to reappear after jumping off into it! đ I collect miniatures so that tiny chair with the doggy was my favorite! The straw amber bottle was gorgeous. Great video!!
đ€Ł we had a lot of fun that day!
You two have so much fun together! What an honor it is to watch! Thank you!
Our pleasure âșïž x
Josie riding 200 km, and trying to see the bottles after is the best part !! I would be drooling on the couch ... Great finds you two !!!đđđ
Hahaha it was certainly an epic weekend of riding.. Have you got any rides planned? Iâll be in Scotland this coming weekend for a race đđ
@@MudpiesJosie, you will be racing? how great! It's been a while since I've participated in a race, the last one was a road race here in Koln.
Please make a video, it would be amazing to watch ! Wishing you all the luck !đ€©đŽââ
Some great finds! Great to see new videos! xx
Kit and caboodles would love the little chair for there doll house â€
We thought of them when we found thisđ
What a lovely assortment of treasures! And you two as fun and entertaining as ever! Thank you.
Cheers Colleen đ
I chuckled when Josie commented on an early find "A lovely rat poison bottle." Probably a sentence that isn't said very often. :) Thanks for taking us along.
Very true! đ
Thank you both. Massive dig. So many cool finds. Cheers.
đ đđđ
I enjoyed watching this and itâs nice to see the obvious love between dad and daughter đđ
Hello Josie, hello Andy. Well that was exciting. I have so many favorite picks of today its really hard to choose just one. The wide mouthed jars are spectacular in their own rite. Have a wonderful week, until we meet again. Greetings from the U.S.A.
Love your relationship with your dad ,cherish it.
Thank you, I will alwayssss
devastated the little pet on chair is a dog & not a cat! i always love the deco perfumes. great shapes. i haven't seen anyone find an ink like your new one - very cool.
Hello Teresa, yes I think the excitement took over and we confused the dog for a cat! Still cool to uncover , hope all is well with you đđx
@@Mudpiesmudlarkers are always guessing cat or dog until the mud is scraped off. your little dog on chair is one of the best i've seen though.
Great video ''Bot Monsters''!! Just love those coloured bottles. Cheers, John.
Cheers John đ
Always enjoy your treasure hunts, thank you! Below the Plains with Tom Askjem is pretty good, his digging methods are pretty coolâŠ..he digs privies behind old properties in the Dakotas in the USA âŠshould give a watch heâs pretty efficient at digging without damaging bottles
He sure is!
You certainly dug yourself a hole there Mudpies! My favourite was definitely the cute little dog on the chair! I always love the stoneware as well! Oi..oi from Oz! đâ€
đ oi oi back to you!
Good evening from NZ. Jose and dad, you are true blues ( legends ). We adore you two. Love your banter. Look forward to your next adventure. Cheers.đâ€đđđ
đ pleased the bants came across, we got quite carried away on this dig ! x
Great finds as always!!! That inkwell......amazing!! Guys please take care with the cave ins!!!
Will do, have to say the fish eye lens made it look deeper. Thanks for watching đ
Well done! You both deserve some sought of digging medal!
đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł well we finally realised that using a bucket really makes a difference!
Another great vid and a very hard dig. Well done mudpies, as always you bring us amazing entertainment and information.Greetings from NZ..
Hello Jennifer pleased you enjoyed it, watching back, I think we got very excited! đ

HECK YEAH CANT THINK OF A BETTER WAY TO START THE DAY WITH ONE OF THE BEST MUDLARKING DUO ON CZcams YOU GUYS SHOULD HAVE A MILLION SUBS EASY
You legend đ
I love seeing you dump treasures but I really miss the mudlarking
Now that's what I call a hole!! I was wincing though watching the hand scooping technique remembering all the finger cuts I have had đłNice to see you again đđđ
Hello there đ. You're a pro level digger that we aspire to! Hope all is well with you đȘđ
@@Mudpies oh well I don't know if I am much of a pro anymore đ though saying that I think I might have found a farm dump that I might be able to dig so might get some digging fitness back đ
Whoa! Belter city, was that dig. It's amazing how many great bottles you both uncovered, but the quality of each one is astounding. I fancy the amber coloured bottle and the dog on the chair, but all in all it was a massive discovery. Well done! Continue on your cycling journeys Josie, it was for a charitable cause no doubt. I love that about you. Your family is such a pleasure, thanks ever so much for sharing!
Hello James, it became very addictive digging this pit as you can probably tell! The amber bott is probably my all-round favourite. Thanks for your encouragement for my cycling đđ
Wonderful episode! Thank you all for making and sharing this!
Cheers Lisa âșïž
And so to bed,Josie.!!! You look totally knackered.!!! Love as always.xxxxxxx
Muckflippin'tastic beltstein dig - what a laugh I had and some beautiful finds too - well done on your ride too Josie!
I loved the chemist bottle - I was looking up this pharmacy and saw the museum pic, and the current pic with modern Boots shop too.
I recon the pickle jars were really Victorian Dolmio's though lol!
Pickle iiiiiiiiiiiT !
đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł Victorian Dolmio's !!!
Digger O'Dell is my choice for the cat on the beautiful blue chair đș đ đ â€! Well done Squelch Squad đ!
I always enjoy looking at it đ¶ The green square bottle is the best!! ïžI also do bottle digging in Japan and upload videos, but the atmosphere is different from foreign-made bottles, so it's also interesting âïžâš I love retro bottles! ïž Digging is fun đ
So love you two. What a great lark.Enjoyed it on a really wet n cold day here in West Yorkshire.
Good evening lovely people đ
Hellloooo Karen! đ„ł
I like the chair nice to see ornaments of the past very well made
We really liked seeing the numbers inscribed in to the ceramic back đđ
The blue on the Varalettes is fantastic! I'm sad that wasn't a kitty sitting on the chair and even though he looks a bit Posh Dog his name should be Digger since that's how the Mudpies send it! đ»
The amber and blue glass steals the show!
That was a awesome dig with so many different finds. Take care and thanks for sharing đđâ€ïž
Cool video again Mudpies!! Have you had some more tattoos Josie? They're looking amazing! We need a meet the Mudpies vid so you can explain the significance of each of them đđ big love to you both!!
I love all of the finds, but the cat on the chair is adorable đ€©
Mudog, for the cat on the chair, great video guys đ
Love the amber bottle and the light blue one and what a huge hole you dug with the aid of a bucket. Great finds and lts of them. Stay safe.
Hello there, I agree it's a lovely smoky colour, someone suggested maybe it was a hair tonic! Take care đ x
Oi, Oi Mudpies A fantastic dig Have to say you now can be classified as Professional diggers. Still wondering how deep the dump goes. Great addition with the bucket, a massive back saving device!! My fav is the pharmacy bottle. For some reason you don't find a lot of embossed pharmacies in the UK. Much more common in the States. A huge shout out to Mama Mudpie for her research on the pharmacy bottle. So nice to have some context and a photo to go with it. Can't wait for next vid, whether it's digging, larking or biking Take Care summer is almost here!!
Hello Bob, not sure about the professional diggers but we certainly do enjoy a good work out! You were spot on about going deeper many more finds in this lower level. Just need to dig steps into the hole. We travelled a long way out of our local area last weekend and dug a true Victorian dump, a few good bottles and a wonderful shaving cream lid. That's interesting the difference in embossed chemist bottles either side of the Atlantic. Thanks for sending us pics of your penny perfumes, they are epic! We'll send a pic of the shaving cream lid. Take care đđ
@@Mudpies Looking forward to the seeing the lid & bottles. Another digging vid, sounds like you're really enjoying digging. A great adventure and you never know what's going to be in that next shovel full of dirt. And yes it's quite the workout, but a lot of fun as well!!
wow, you went deep into the dirt today! nice collection of bottles, the light amber one really stands out, but I tend to like the ones with all the embossing...
The amazing and interesting old bottles glass ,fragment cat wow đđââŹđ
Love the vids.
I have a lovely collection of bottles found by you Two.
Delegating Josie as chief digger is the wise choice.
Keep finding those treasures.
Sending love and health to you all.
Oiiioiii guys what a fantastic dig with some really good finds always love seeing stoneware and inks you found some great ones , love the little blue vallerette bottle and the chemist with the information from mama mudpie was very interesting well done mama mudpie đ, ohh and like you can't beat a Haywards pickle love them
Hi guys!! I believe that "thimble" is a small insulator, they went on top of live wires to keep people from being shocked because they were exposed. I think you have a very small one so that would have been for inside the house. XOXO
Iâm going to make a cork for the amber bottle when I receive it. Iâll send pics!
Cheers again from California!
Its going to look gorgeous in that Cali sunshine đ thank you x
Thank You đ
What a great digging adventure, a lot of amazing finds. Congratulations. I love your video. The blue chairs with cat or dog is charming and the ink bottle too. I had funđ
Cheers Gabriele, we got a bit over excited on that dig! đ
Kate and Fleur would loose their minds over the cat on the chair đđ
BTW,I just recieved the cut down bottles, they are indeed top notch, and will feedback soon.
BUT
Honestly, the thing that blew my mind is the
âHello there!
Iâm a mudlarking dinosaur!â Drawing!!!
I love that, and am honored to own it!
Please consider more silly art to accompany future purchases!
âșïž
You have achieved super legend status! Thank you for all your support and kindness, we love it!!! đđȘx
I just had that drawing tattooed on my forehead.
Not really,but I want to!đ
I'm so glad I got to watch this. Made me feel a little better. I'm at home sick right now and can't wait to feel well again. I love all your finds but the ink well is a great find. I checked Josie's channel first seeing if there was anything new up.
I love the chemist's bottle and story, but the amber is the prettiest one. †thanks for sharing
A legendary day
Just brilliant! What a massive hole x well done to the mud badger and her helper
Love the tiny blue and white chair with a kitty on it!!
Hey guys, cut a pitchfork so you only have 2 prongs, itâs easier to dig with and loosen up the soil đ
Lovely finds! I especially like the doggy on the chair, especially. Iâm glad the Andyâs back seems better. As someone with chronic back pain, I can commiserate.
Thanks he's much better, digging fit! đ
@@Mudpies Glad to hear it!!
Fantastic "cat chair!" Fix the leg, viola! Nice finds. Aah, you make me wish Id had a regular Dad.
The jar at 7:22 might be simple and plain, but I can see your Mudpies logo on it.
Really, Really enjoy your videos !!!!!! Thank you !!!!
đđ»đđ»đđ»So fabulous! Love the âhinging!đđ
great finds, thank you
You better get a folding ladderđ... fab finds... x
Next time I think we will cut bench steps into the soil out of the hole. Take care đ x
My favs are the amber bot and the creamy, chunky stoneware items. Many thanks for the lovely video.
Our pleasure Therese đ
What a holeđđœgreat Job!Like Always it's so much fun to watch you finding such great finds-it do Love the small light blue bottleđthanks for takin' us with you -take Care and See you on you next adventure
Awesome dig,I loved that chemist bottle and history the most. However, you had so many great finds it's too hard to pick the best. That was a lot of work digging that hole. Congratulations on all your finds, and thank you for bringing all of us along to share in your adventure.
MudPies Unhinged? I would expect nothing but. Once you find China you can expand your horizons...I did a deep one like this. I had to expand the hole to make a ledge to climb out....
Be well kis. Stay safe...Mud Badgers
Hahaha Brian you lej! Dad was actually talking about making a stepped entrance đ
Please.consider digging out a step in the side of your holes. Dig down from the top edge 24 in or so making a step for emergancy exiting amd also to prevent Mor back straining for dad getting out. †you guys.
Hello Michele, we realised we should have done this after digging it out! Take care đ
I love the dog on the chair ornament, might be able to repair the leg DSOS style. I quite like that dome ink bottle as well. Ooh I just spotted my decoration in the background đđ€©
Cool video loved the little dog.stay safe..V.R..
Hello đ from New York USA you Guy's found Some Amazing Finds Thank you for Bringing me Along with you I can't wait to see What you Find Next đ
Great video!!
Great finds guys đLuv ya bunches đ
Those little cream pots that taper to the top are so lovely! Lots of interesting bottles there, I just need to get out digging myself đ
Go for it Richard đȘđ
Snowy..cat. đđđđ
I appreciate your in-depth investigation. Good to see you've picked up Nike as a sponsor, too. Good on ya!
Fantastic hunt. Lots of great finds. Keep up the amazing work.
What a nice surprise to see your video pop up!!! That hole looks like back breaking work but worth it for all your amazing finds
Varelites perfume bottle was my favorite and the chair the dog is sitting on. You might as well dig some stairs to get out with, easier than carrying a ladder!
Cream jars and the shear top bottles are my favourite†Great video and great finds!
You two find such wonderful stuff. I live in California near the Oregon border, and have been given permission to dig on an 1850âs home site. Iâve dug several holes, and canât seem to find much of anything. Iâm praying one day Iâll strike it rich, lolâŠ.
Thanks Laurel, keep digging, I hope you strike gold soon đ€đ
I love that little blue viarium the best to! That color is so pretty!
Love the mud larking it really enjoy the dump finds
I absolutely love you two squelchers !! Been following for awhile and decided I better let you know I'm hooked on your channel ! Not the best commenter but I will try to jump in when I can. Belter finds and always great fun slogging or digging with you both. Big hugs đ„°đđ„°
Hello Susan, we really appreciate your support đ. So pleased you are enjoying the channel we have a lot of fun making it! There video out next week with some epic finds ....see you soon đ x
Love your videos! Such awesome treasures found!
More Josie please, cute and funny

I think that porcelain giant thimble thing is used to secure exposed electrical wires, the wires are twisted together, and capped off with that,to prevent electric shock.
Iâm commenting as I view, this may already been figured out by the time I say this!
Congratulations on your fantastic find absolutely brilliant
Great digging job guys, I love the amber bottle and the cutdowns look great too đ
Thanks Iain any idea what the amber glass would contain?
@@Mudpies Iâm thinking possibly a hair tonic or hair restorer
In those deep holes you can dig little foot holes in the side to step up and getting in sit on the ground and slide in so you donât impact your back and knees jumping in not to mention the danger of broken glass sticking upward and seriously cutting you. Nice finds love the ink , the nice pharmaceutical bottle I havenât ever seen or heard before. The chair with the dog is so cool Iâm sure with your artistic abilities you could rebuild that leg on the chair with milliput and paint to match if you donât have glass for pottery you could probably spray clear coat in a container out side then brush it on it. I love all the stone wares and other bottles. Also you might have seen the channel Iâm referring to (below the plains) he uses buckets and one of those large ice scoops to fill the bucket and to dig with so he doesnât scratch or break the glass. The scoop would probably really save your arms and shoulders from all the repetitious motion of using your hands. You really dug a deep hole nice job. Love all the finds see you next week.â€ïž
Very entertaining!! Josie jumping into the hole caught me off guard!! I said, âwhoa!â Out loud like yâall could hear me! lol đ On a more serious note I was thinking the amber bottle might have been for olive oil. đ€ Also, well done Andy, the cut downs are great!! As always I enjoyed the video and look forward to the next!!
Thanks so much Sharon, the banter level was high on this day out! The cut downs take a while but the super smooth finish is well worth it, take care đ
So many wonderful finds! I do gravitate to the honey colored bottleâ€
I wish bottles still had measurements on them - so useful. :-)
Hello from Tennessee USA. I like digging holes myself but I canât do it anymore. I really liked the video but I didnât see any mud. Stay safe my friends and keep up the good work.
Loved this video, I enjoyed watching it as much as you did digging it! đđ
