    Chicken Lacha Kachori ek delicious aur flavorful Indian snack hai, jo crispy aur flaky outer layer ke saath juicy chicken filling ke saath bhar kar banaya jata hai. Yeh snack special occasions ya festive seasons par bana kar serve kiya jata hai, aur iski unique texture aur rich flavors ise bahut hi pasand kiya jata hai. Neeche diye gaye recipe ke instructions ke mutabiq aap ghar par hi Chicken Lacha Kachori tayar kar sakte hain:
    Ingredients:
    For the Outer Layer (Kachori Dough):
    2 cups maida (all-purpose flour)
    2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
    Namak (salt) to taste
    Thanda paani (cold water) as needed
    For the Chicken Filling:
    250 grams chicken breast, finely chopped
    1 medium pyaaz (onion), finely chopped
    1 teaspoon adrak lehsun ka paste (ginger-garlic paste)
    1 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
    1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
    1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
    1/2 teaspoon jeera powder (cumin powder)
    Salt to taste
    2 tablespoons oil
    Instructions:
    Prepare the Kachori Dough:
    Ek large mixing bowl mein maida, ghee, aur namak ko milayein.
    Thoda thoda paani daal kar dough banayein. Dough ko smooth aur soft banane ke liye achhe se knead karein. Thoda ghee laga kar dough ko smooth banayein aur dhak kar 15-20 minutes ke liye rest hone ke liye rakh dein.
    Prepare the Chicken Filling:
    Ek pan mein oil garam karein aur usmein pyaaz aur adrak lehsun ka paste dal kar sauté karein.
    Pyaaz translucent ho jane par usmein chopped chicken aur saare spices (lal mirch powder, haldi powder, garam masala powder, jeera powder, aur namak) daal kar mix karein.
    Chicken ko medium heat par pakayein jab tak wo achhe se cooked na ho jaye aur masale achhe se blend ho jayein. Fir flame band kar dein aur filling ko thanda hone ke liye side mein rakh dein.
    Assemble the Kachoris:
    Kachori dough ko equal-sized balls mein divide karein aur har ball ko belan ki madad se oval shape mein belan karein.
    Oval shaped dough ko center mein filling rakh kar fold karein aur edges ko pinch karke seal karein. Aise hi saare kachoris tayar karein.
    Frying the Kachoris:
    Ek deep frying pan mein oil garam karein.
    Garam oil mein kachoris ko dheere dheere dal kar medium heat par golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
    Serve:
    Garama garam Chicken Lacha Kachori ko tissue paper par drain karke serve karein.
    Hari chutney ya imli ki chutney ke saath serve karein aur enjoy karein.
