    Ingredients of Egg Lollipop6-7 Hard boiled eggs1 cup Refined flour2 tbsp Corn flour1 tsp Red chilli powder1 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Black pepper powder1 tbsp Ginger-garlic pasteWater (as required)1 tbsp Garlic, chopped1 tbsp Ginger, chopped1 Small onion (finely chopped)Bell peppers (chopped)2 tbsp Chilli sauce1 tbsp Soya sauce1 tsp Green chilliCoriander leaves to garnish
    How to Make Egg Lollipop
    1.To begin with the recipe, take a large mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and water. Mix until you get the desired consistency.2.Now dip hard-boiled eggs into the batter and keep aside for a few minutes.3.Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Add the coated eggs and fry for 10-12 minutes. Take them out and pat with tissues to remove extra oil.4.Once done, heat oil in a separate pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, and saute for a min.5.Add onions and bell pepper. Saute for a few minutes.6.Add all the sauces as mentioned in the ingredients list. Mix well and enjoy!!
