Serious question- how do you forget to take your meds? I've been taking three different pills for around 2 years now and I haven't once forgotten 😭 I also take mine at night so Maybe that's why? I do it before I sleep as one of the pills is literally to put me to sleep so I guess that might be why lmao
@kayimsick7924 A lot of people take medications because of neurodivergence, their brains don't work like the vast majority of people so even if you've been taking medications for 20+ years (like me) it can slip your mind because you're so busy trying to remember everything else you need to do. Neurodivergent people cannot form habits like a neurotypical person. That means no matter how many times you do a thing, you need to THINK about it every time. You need to tell yourself to brush your teeth, take out the trash, feed the dog, and take your pills. Sometimes some of your pills need to be taken with food, so you put them in your pocket to take when you eat. Now you're not looking at them, so they don't exist anymore. You forget because by the time you've gotten food, sat down, and have done whatever else you forget they're in your pocket. You forget unless you're reminding yourself over and over. I've gotten better at it because I have an app on my phone that reminds me at certain times to take pills, bathe, even to eat because I'll forget that, too. So, even tho people take them at the same times everyday (I take both day and night medications) it doesn't stick as a habit because it can't. I hope this helps!

The movie you're talking about is spelled Gonjiam (곤지암) and it's based on a real asylum. Gonjiam Psychiatric Hospital in Gwangju-si. Lots of ghost stories and rumors around it shutting down like insane doctors and experiments. The real reason is a bit more mundane, but still sad; it was gross. They had huge problems with sanitation and sewage disposal to the point that the patients they were trying to care for got sicker, the owner fled the country, and the government finally shut it down in the 1990s.

Im sorry but man you are WAY to relatable. The "feed me" in the beginning, painting warhammer while its raining and even mentioning Gonijam in the end. Dude is in my head.
The rave hallway really reminded me of the "haunted house" attraction we have here. One year, one of the areas was a music festival theme with people dancing behind chain link fences and stuff
a pretty good game honestly , and smt i rly liked is that the monsters had clear purpose and trackable humane line of thoughts ( i think at least !) befitting their human intelligence , my theory is that the hive mind is the teddy bear or its their way of communication since they can't talk ... they probably killed the scientists out of pure revenge for stealing their lives , when mc came they wanted him to leave since he was innocent and thus the 'go away ' sign, but a hive mind is very powerful when it comes to generating ideas , so they tried to stop him from leaving and request that he uncovers the horrors that happened to them and informing their loved ones of their fate, and thus the horror that seemed to want to tell u smt, but since u ran all scared they wanted to tease u ( the 'dont look up' sign might be a proof ) , the fact that mc survived those predators in itself is a sign of their good well . i like these type of 'horrors' more that those in outlast series ( the 'everything withing 50 miles radius wants to kill u for no reason')
There really needs to be more horror games where the player character can interact with almost anything that could potentially help you and have it actually affect the game. It always bug me that your character in a incredibly scary situation can walk past hundreds of items that could be used as potential defenses that any realistic person would grab out of fear but the game won't let you pick them up. And imagine if there are several jump-scares that could actually be prevented by interacting with the proper objects such as blocking a path behind you with a bookshelf preventing something from sneaking up on you or picking up an axe so that in the final moments when the creature finally attacks you have a chance but if you forgot to grab the weapon you are doomed or end up in a worse situation in which you have to keep going to survive.
an urbex vlogger is someone who vlogs their urban explorations through usually abandoned buildings. If you want to watch some really good ones, I recommend The Proper People. So many people are not respectful of the history and integrity of the buildings, but those guys are really good at telling the history of the place, documenting the interesting stuff, but also doing as little possible damage to it as they can. I'd never be able to do urbex myself because I'm a whimp, so I'll continue watching on youtube 😅
Her content is great. She likes to look at every detail and find all scraps of lore available in a game. Her streams are good, too! She's plays horror games mostly, too! She's really down to earth and funny, too. Go check out her channel. I'd highly recommend it! Gab Smolders is her handle on CZcams and Twitch 😀 She can speak Japanese too, so she also plays Japanese horror games and translates what's Said and written to English.
I have this discussion with my partner a lot: It's easy to make an indie horror game that looks good these days. There are so many high-quality free and paid resources out there. The problem is making a GOOD game! I've played plenty of minimalist games that are incredible, and many good looking games that were terrible.
I also love that cozy feeling of being inside during rain or snow. There is actually a blizzard outside right now, so sitting here wrapped in a blanket, I am loving catching up on these vids
One of the most terrifying feelings in horror is when the character is alone somewhere and hears footsteps or sounds that make it look like someone is coming near or at them. Creepy.
I can't play video games and really appreciate people like you that play so i can watch while i work on art commissions. my brain and hands just don't want to communicate when it comes to controls, and omg especially these scary ones i freeze so fast. Thanks for the shoutout about not refunding games. that seems so messed up to take away money from someone that worked to make something that isn't broken. continue to kick as, post when you feel inspired, and providing us with that sweet sweet bean soup.
I feel like I haven’t watched a playthrough this scary since the 2012 outlast/amnesia/indie-horror era and its honestly a weirdly nostalgic and welcome feeling ❤
I love that Evelyn recommends games to Sean id love to see a video about how you guys balance both being youtubers who make similar content. Like do you have rules about not telling each other about games you've played so you don't spoil it? Anyways love both your channel and hers! ❤
i loveeee watching evelyn play games cause she's so intricate about the details in the game and the back stories but i love jacks humor in it to make it less scary😂
I can’t tell you how much watching your videos changes my mood. You crack me up. But also, even if it hasn’t been mentioned on a video in awhile, PMA has really helped me be more aware of having a positive mental attitude and hearing you talk about it in past videos is amazing. You help lift moods and spread positivity, just by posting videos that make people laugh. I’m hoping to get some PMA merch when it’s back in stock, I love it. I love your content. Thank you for being you, Seán ☺️
It's literally JUST the unreal engine. Games don't deserve praise for graphical fidelity of stock shaders and free assets any more than an rpgmaker game should be criticized for being pixelated...
Yeah UE5 makes this very accessible. It's the new normal, doesn't really deserve praise for the graphics. Indie horror in the past has always been more about the ambiance or story, with terrible graphics because of the low budget.
Fun fact: if you hear screaming in the middle of the forest, it could be a mating call from a female cougar, they do be sounding loud and you don't wanna get near a horny big cat

It’s the fact that I did actually take my meds today before watching the video but still panicked when Jack mentioned it as if I hadn’t taken it 😂
Why do you need to tell the world you take meds?
Same lol
@@Offensive_Usernamemaybe because it relates to something jack said in the video? why else do people comment 🤨
@Offensive_Username Taking medication is a completely normal thing. Nothing wrong with talking about it 🤷♀️

The thing’s feet slapping the floor followed by its quick and weird little walk off into the darkness cracked me up. 😂
Bro this game is a banger. Literally in first 10 minutes it freaked me out as hell. There should be more games like this one
a pretty good game honestly , and smt i rly liked is that the monsters had clear purpose and trackable humane line of thoughts ( i think at least !) befitting their human intelligence , my theory is that the hive mind is the teddy bear or its their way of communication since they can't talk ... they probably killed the scientists out of pure revenge for stealing their lives , when mc came they wanted him to leave since he was innocent and thus the 'go away ' sign, but a hive mind is very powerful when it comes to generating ideas , so they tried to stop him from leaving and request that he uncovers the horrors that happened to them and informing their loved ones of their fate, and thus the horror that seemed to want to tell u smt, but since u ran all scared they wanted to tease u ( the 'dont look up' sign might be a proof ) , the fact that mc survived those predators in itself is a sign of their good well .
i like these type of 'horrors' more that those in outlast series ( the 'everything withing 50 miles radius wants to kill u for no reason')
I love when game devs get complimented for the work of the game artists...
It's so adorable that both of you recommended the same two movies, Gonjiam is now doubly on my Halloween list ♥️
You definitely did In fact remind me of my meds, lmao. Thank you Sean!
"Why do you love Jacksepticeye so much?"
"He reminds me to take my meds. 😎 "
He reminded me that I hadn't taken mine, but I'd like to sleep tonight.
Idk who Evelyn is personally but i trust her and her taste in horror games
Edit: this is my first ever chain in my replys
And ive now taken part of it
Evelyn is his gf. He just said that at the beginning and she too is a gamer. She goes by the name of GabSmolder.

I like how even though his flashlight is broken, he can still see everything that's close around him.
I have this discussion with my partner a lot: It's easy to make an indie horror game that looks good these days. There are so many high-quality free and paid resources out there. The problem is making a GOOD game! I've played plenty of minimalist games that are incredible, and many good looking games that were terrible.
Your a great CZcamsr and you help me through my day so thank you :)

Watching jack play a horror game while eating is the best
I always watch while eating, not sure if it's a good idea, knowing I mostly watch horror games
this was just fantastic, everything about it the sound, visuals, setting all so so good, love these types of horror games
I also love that cozy feeling of being inside during rain or snow. There is actually a blizzard outside right now, so sitting here wrapped in a blanket, I am loving catching up on these vids
Never stop playing horror games, Sean. Love them.
The fact I love that jack always upload’s scary videos frequently and in high quality to entertain us. This guy has my respect.
"CZcamsrs and forests are bad" OMG 😅💀 the shade after so many years
One of the most terrifying feelings in horror is when the character is alone somewhere and hears footsteps or sounds that make it look like someone is coming near or at them. Creepy.
Love a watching bit of Jacksepticeye playing horror during a late night.
yep
I can't play video games and really appreciate people like you that play so i can watch while i work on art commissions. my brain and hands just don't want to communicate when it comes to controls, and omg especially these scary ones i freeze so fast. Thanks for the shoutout about not refunding games. that seems so messed up to take away money from someone that worked to make something that isn't broken. continue to kick as, post when you feel inspired, and providing us with that sweet sweet bean soup.
Jack:cant you just sit down and play video games

I live for your spooky game play throughs 😂❤️
I love how he's like "is anyone else itchy?" And I'm over here snickering. Only a few minutes in and already having anxiety. It's a good game.
Urbex is definitely urban exploration , abandoned buildings etc
now how did jack know I wanted to watch a horror game? what a stand up guy

Excellent game! It gave me actual chills and the concept kept me wanting to know more!
Dang, this one was particularly unsettling! The sounds especially. Good stuff.
shaders probably help a lot in making indie games like this look as good as they do
It's literally JUST the unreal engine.
Thank you so freaking much for the medication reminder! I seriously spaced it until you said it and I’m already hours late taking it you are a life saver
"Who started this fire?" We didn't start the fire. It was always burning since the worlds been turning.
This is one of the best indie horror games I've seen so far. Nice find Evelyn. 👍
