      Never liked daily wire other than Knowles. As a matter of principle I don't listen to women, so I don't know much about her except token black woman. Having said that, I have heard Commentary and clips of her recent statements and I'm impressed. She certainly ripped the mask off of little Ben "I don't care if America turns brown as long as it has the constitution " Shapiro.

    Haven’t heard the term replacement theology in a while, since my protestant days. “Zionism” is very popular in evangelical circles, as well as Republican ones as well.
    I don’t think Candace leaving has so much to do with that. Long term, I think she always wanted her own network and she knows she can do it on her own. DW as well as TPUSA benefited from having a conservative black woman who also shared their views. It’s clear they don’t have much diversity (racially, gender, or amongst their opinions). Brett Cooper won’t step out of the DW line.
    Would be nice if they pulled in more of the commentators who hold different opinions and backgrounds.

      Honestly, Knowles is the only one and he’s too popular to can.
      I think the difference is Knowles will challenge positions but never talks about people.
      He’s never going to say “Ben said X and that’s wrong”. However, he has challenged the JQ and often says the Pope and monarchies should rule the world under Catholic states.

    I adore Candace. I support her in whatever she does. I'm also going to defend Shapiro to some extent. He has been acting irrational for sure. But we have to consider what happened to people that he was very close to on October 7th. They were attacked by terrorists. He had family and friends who were mutilated, murdered, burned alive, gang raped, and kidnapped. It messed him up mentally. He's not able to look at anything involving the Israel situation with a nuanced viewpoint. It's too personal and too recent. He should not have been in a position of any power due to the trauma and his inability to maintain composure. Candace is the best. The Daily Wire will fail without her. But let's pray for Ben Shapiro and his family. They are in a lot of pain.

    The hosts are leaving out part of the Catholic teaching. "Kingdom of Jerusalem?" Sure, okay. But keep in mind that to validly follow God's laws, _that_ kingdom _must_ give the blood children of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob the ability to settle in the land and be safe there, "for the gift and the calling are irrevocable."
    We are not, in short, Muslims who believe that God says something in the Mecca period and then has to say, "psyche!" and yank it back during the Medina period. Instead, the Catholic Church _distinguishes_ between Israelites, who made up 99% of the "People of God" in the Old Covenant _and_ who have ongoing, uncanceled, "irrevocable" promises regarding The Land, and the Church, the "People of God" in the New Covenant, a paltry few percent of whom come from the Israelite bloodline, and some of them don't even know it, ...for whom The Land is a _type_ fulfilled by the _antitype_ of Heaven.
    Consider someone like like Catholic theologian Dr. Lawrence Feingold, a "Hebrew Catholic," who is both Israelite _and_ a member of the "New Covenant People of God." He can claim terrestrial Judea as his ancestral homeland through an irrevocable grant, _and still_ claim Heaven as his true homeland by the grace of God (provided he doesn't go prodigal and squander his inheritance through unrepentant mortal sin).
    Now, consider a Catholic who has 0.00% Hebraic bloodline: For him, Judea is only a figure or type, with the Israelites' wandering and conquest pointing toward a fulfillment in Christ where our earthly sojourn brings us into the Promised Land of salvation.
    Now, consider a non-Christian Israelite, like Ben Shapiro. His soul remains in danger: From the outside, he looks like one of the "natural olive branches" that has "fallen away because of unbelief." But he _is_ an Israelite, so for him, God's promises to the seed of Abraham through the child-of-promise remain "irrevocable" as St. Paul stated.
    What, then, must any future "Kingdom of Jerusalem" do? Among other things, it must make the land of ancient Judea open to settlement by people like Dr. Lawrence Feingold _and_ like Ben Shapiro.
    Like so many things in Catholicism, it's not an either/or. It's a both/and.

    • @pmaitrasm

      No blood required. Saint Paul makes it very clear. For those that are religious, the Roman Catholic Church is wrong to transgress the theology of Saint Paul.

    • @user-jn8nn6bf6v
      @user-jn8nn6bf6v Před 2 měsíci

      There's no claim to that land to speak of here. God himself destroyed the old paradigm. The modern Israelis have used violence and treachery to steal land from other human beings who are equally Gods children. They are not exempt from the demands of moral law, which make all they've done nothing but a heap of mortal sins. Which prophet has God sent them to violently retake the Holy Land from the millions of families that had lived there for centuries? This is all man-made sinful nonsense. There are no prophets after Christ, so it's not even possible that self-claimed modern Hebrews could repeat an exodus.
      It was God himself who destroyed the Old System after he made a New Covenant and gave them 40 years to enter it: An act of Charity to end any confusion in those of good faith about how a relationship with YHWH was to be lived now. This New Covenant WAS the TRUE promise. The old one was nothing but a foreshadowing. The Hebrews were chosen as the people through whom Messiah would come to Adam's race BUT it is in Christ alone that all the promises of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaacs, Jacob, Judah, Joseph, and David are fulfilled. The "land" promised is the New Heaven and New Earth that will never pass away, not a patch of Palestine in this dying world that WILL die and therefore can never be "forever" as God's promised inheritance was.

      Are you Catholic or an Evangelical? Jews must be Baptized to be saved. Someone who is baptized but clings to remnants of their former, non-Catholic religion, are suspect. There aren’t classes of Jews who have a fast track to salvation without Baptism or because of some mystical connection with Jews of the Old Covenant (which was abrogated after the destruction of the Temple). Protestant thinking is infecting many.

    As a Noahide, the worst thing that I have seen is when Christians and Jews act all buddy buddy with each-other without realizing the differences in their faith or caring about them. Jesus was a false prophet, and I think I know what you are going to say regarding the Talmud and Judaism. Cooperation between Christians and Jews should hinge on knowing the differences between Christianity and Judaism.

    • @user-jn8nn6bf6v
      @user-jn8nn6bf6v Před 2 měsíci +12

      A false prophet, is he? So, where are the true prophets that God sent them after Jesus Christ? Why did God just stop talking to the "chosen ones" after Christ? No more prophets, Temple, Priesthood, sacrifice, kingdom, or kings; Everything came to a screeching halt right around 2,000 years ago: Why? The remnants had to form a new religion from the only thing they had left (the texts) without any of those former essentials that God himself had made. Two genocides, one by the Romans and another by Germans. Where were those Biblical miracles and heaven-sent messengers to rescue them? 2,000 years and counting.
      It does not seem like these post-Christ "chosen ones" are the ones in the Bible. That whole deal ended when their messiah came. They were given ONE generation (40 years) to enter the new Ark, like in the days of Noah (and like the wanderers in the desert with Moses) and then judgment came to Jerusalem definitively ending the Old Paradigm.
      It was a foreshadowing of the judgment at the end of time that will end the present world, when the Messiah comes again, this time not just to the descendants of Jacob but to the entire Adamic race. Just like only the true "chosen ones" who were truly faithful in the Old Covenant recognized the Messiah when he came to the Hebrews and entered his Ark, only those who are truly faithful in the New Covenant (Church) when he returns, and when this world passes away, will survive into the New Heaven and the New Earth AS the eternal Jerusalem that shall never die.
