  • Weight Transfer, Quick Tips!
    1) Make sure that the hips are coming all the way over so your nose-knee-toe line up, NOT your shoulders
    2) Your knees should remain solid so there is a solid line of push while skating

    Nice stuff; you might explain the plate transfer drill at top video; cues, etc. - like your site...! Look forward to learning more... (damn - 2 years old - not much chance of an update here...!)

    Thanks for the vids. Related to keeping the hips level, my coach is telling me that I'm pushing too much with my quads, and not enough from the hips. Can you guys post a video to show that? Many thanks from Argentina!
