I’m a Saints fan , been living in Houston for almost 20 years , I’m so happy for the city it’s been depressing for the last few years football wise in Houston.
Many of us Texans fans saw a lot of potential in Nico. We just had a beyond awful team his first couple seasons. So when he finally broke out as WR1 it felt good. And Nico stepped up BIG TIME when Tank got hurt. You can argue he was MVP of the week 18 Colts game for example with all the amazing catches he was making
As a Bucs fan, as soon as I saw this title, I knew it was week 9 at Houston. Was such a heartbreaker for Bucs fans 😄
Your Bucs played a hell of a game, and still ended up winning your division even after such a heartbreaking loss sent you to 3-5, which would have basically ended the season for a lot of teams. You should have another good season this year. Thankfully we won't have to play you again unless it's in New Orleans in February.

CJ Stroud has a very good shot of making the superbowl this decade. Heck, I do have a hot take... the Texans will win the superbowl before the Dallas Cowboys and the Texans have a better shot of making the super bowl this decade (2020's) than the Cowboys.

As a cowboys fan, I wouldn’t get too excited, I remember daks incredible rookie year. We all thought the same thing. And be careful having sky high expectations, it’s kinda unfair cause he’s now destined to just disappoint if he he doesn’t perform as well as last year. And now teams have tape on him, I’m not saying stroud isn’t gonna be good this year.. I’m just saying a sophomore year for nfl qb’s are notorious for giving successful rookie year qbs trouble. And trust me, that year of tape makes a huge fkn difference for defenses. But now they got Diggs as well? Like damn, what a scary offense

I understand the nature of CZcams is sensationalist headlines, and I don't want to talk down to a guy that had an excellent rookie season, but in no world is any one going to say that this man is already a legend in the NFL, other than delusional Texans fans. This man isn't even a top 10 QB in the league yet and that's just because we haven't seen enough.

Because there are way too many QBs with either better proven resumes, or rookies that are just as promising. Stafford, Cousins, Rodgers, Goff, Purdy, Allen, Burrow,Hurts, Mahomes, and last but not least Jackson. There's you top ten. In no order. Then you got Jordan Love, Trevor Lawrence, Anthony Richardson, Caleb Williams incoming, who all have as much prospective talent. Not taking anything away from CJ. He's a dog, but the NFL is too loaded at QB right now. It's not a slight at him at all.

As a Panthers fan, I'll never forgive them for not making the obvious pick with Stroud there. And yes, I get that it's hard to compare their seasons bc of what the Texans have on both sides of the ball vs the Panthers, but still -- everyone expected Carolina to take the dude. What could've been... 😭
As a Ravens fan I don't know why y'all are giving up on Bryce Young after 1 season that Panthers team last year needed more than a QB and I doubt Stroud would have made a difference.

One stat line about wild card game that creators never know about is that Stroud was first in the league for passing yards per games played that season for players who played at least 6 games. Flacco was first if you counted players who played 5 games.
