    The wheel is designed to bolt from the both sides. How well does it holds only bolted from the one side?

      This wheel is from a down hill mountain bike and has a 5/8 axle so it works well.

    Dry wall is a no go because it will not support shelves and plywood will. I like to be able to drive a screw in anywhere to mount things

    I'd put a double door, insulated, where the garage door was so that you can get stuff in and out still.

    Yes ofc. OSB is a better alternative then. There is a video "OSB 101: Tips for Successful Wall Sheathing " I'm renovation my garage right now, getting it ready for my "new" 1 ton lathe from 1945 .

    Why plywood for the walls? Drywall or Oriented strand board is better. It gets planner.
