Really nice that Yuriko took in Keiichi after his parents passed away and never held him responsible for the debt his uncle Yuji dumped onto him.☺️ And it was so satisfying seeing Yuji get what was coming to him being punished through court.😂 It was really sweet seeing Keiichi finally redeem his father's good name and pay back the debt owed. And it was thanks to his coworker Noa and Yuriko helping him along the way.😊
It's nice that Ms Yuriko raised Keiichi when his parents passed away 😞 trying to pay off his horrible uncle Yuji's debt and it's sweet that she didn't hold him responsible for the debt either but serves Yuji right he finally got his comeuppance in the end for trying to dodge the responsibility of paying back the bank and it's wonderful that Keiichi was able to redeem his father's good name.🥲

The VAs really went all in on this one. The female VA was clearly having a lot of fun as Yuriko.
Putting aside the issue that it would be impossible for child Sato to inherit the debt as it seems to be one incurred from non-shady dealings, this has got to be one of the most cunning and reprehensible versions of Yuji Saito thus far. He would have gotten away with it once more had it not been an older Sato he was dealing with.
Sato really kept it professional as best as he could. You could see this was tearing him up.

Keichi's parents passed away with huge debt and his relatives refused to look after him. Good thing that Yukiko the debt collector took him and raised him.
Afterstory: Now Yuiji is struggling with the huge amount of debt, his company became bankrupt. But he hasn't changed a bit and he beg Keichi asked him to pay off. But Keichi never forget how he refused to take him in, so he declined. Yukiko know a person who is also a debt collector, so she called Uwasa Clan to drag him. Now, he was being working at the tuna fishing boat.
As for Keichi, since debt paid off, Yukiko sent him free. Perhaps now he is dating with Noa.

There are two major flaws in this story: (btw found this out researching another debt story)
1. Keiichi would have been younger than 20 at the time his uncle saddled him with debt, meaning ni contract can be legally binding.
2. Ms. Yuriko would hsve heen wise enough to about the disinheritance process (removing all debt by legally ignoring the inheritance as well). During the legal process, the debt would have been brought up and the ebezzelment scheme would have been exposed.
Either way, the uncle would have been resaddled with his own debt the first time.
That what I was thinking. I mean if the debt was through shady channels kid or not, free game but that didn’t seem to be the case.

Man, it is amazing that Keiichi got a wonderful and beautiful woman who took him in.
Yeah, the "debt goes to the relatives of the deceased" bit the yakuza and other debt collectors enforce has exceptions, one of which being the living relatives being too young to pay the debt by working off the debt. Also if you run away, that doesn't mean the debt tranfers automatically to the relatives, they just try and find you using friends and relatives until you are dead yourself. So the uncle stood very little chance of escaping the debt with his horrible tactic, he was basically done for from the start.

What Keiichi's great Uncle Saito did is money laundering as he use the company he's president as a shell company where there is nothing while gaining income through other companies he technically own as he's just using other peoples name to start the companies. Also the reason I say money laundering is because he's trying to dodge the debts he got while declaring bankruptcy on company he owns that being having suspicious activity. Further more having a company that on the surface is business that specialize in one industry while underneath it's a company that specialize in the industry Saito is in also count as a shell company since the company isn't doing what it's suppose to do plus he's just using the money for personal gain.

The fate of Yuji:

The growing part and other arcs are missing from the story. Too fast paced, also no explanation why Yuriko called him son, nice story. Most likely Keichis parents died of stress due to debt, why if you loan money, ask for collateral even if it's family.
Overly complicated solution when three words provide a far simpler solution: bank loan fraud. If the old man had already taken all the steps for bankruptcy before applying for a loan (to block any attempts to collect on existing loans) then the financial statements in the loan application would have been fake thus the entire loan application would be an attempt at fraud.

Also, what happened to that huge debt? It's the center of the plot, and yet I don't see anywhere how he managed to pay for it. Or maybe the writer really wanted to have debt plot, but was too lazy to explain how MC managed to take care of it.
I also love MC's reasons to become a banker to save people from problems with money. All while most banks are more or less built around getting income on people who have problems with money, so he is working in the system that actually abuses people. If he truly wanted to help people, he should become a financial advisor, but then there would be no way for that revenge story to happen, so... yeah.

They Do it in bulk and post it over a period of time its the same with most other youtubers that do constant uploads like this. And most of these vas have jobs for other channels and things that probably have nothing to do with it. Im sure you have heard some say it was recorded days or even weeks before it was uploaded.
