Bro basically let an Aim-7 slap him in the face at merge. But even if he didn't, he's making the mistake of just losing all his speed right out of the gate. F-14's only edge over F-15 is sustained rate speed. Seen too many Eagle pilots who just don't know how to use their plane...
@@dti1312 Not really. Due to the low loft angle, the Aim-54's currently don't have much teeth beyond say 50km. Aim-120A on the dev was still dangerous out to ~35-40. If given its proper lofting profile for more energy once other Fox-3's are added, it would remain competitive.
