Kangsoi, Typical Manipuri Healthy Vegetable Stew

Serves 4
Ingredients:-
1. Handful Pea in Pod
2. Handful Broad beans
3. 1 potato
4. 2 Ripe tomatoes
5. Handful Shallots ( Eshing tilhou)
6. Some strands of Hooker chives (napaakpi) spring onion or chives can be used.
7. Ginger 20 g
8. Fermented fish/Ngari
9. Handful smoked fish
10. Freshly prepared chilli paste 1 teaspoon
11. Salt to taste
12 Coriander leaves for garnishing.

Such kind of food I taken in Seattle is a Vietnamese restaurant no oil. Just boiled vegetables and fish or meat Chinese Japanese same no oil every month I like to eat different nation food I am a Bengali we used to spicy food but these foo is the best for health

One eteima of mine served the exact same ingredient to a German reporter who came for CNN news. And seriously eche, I recalled her licking her fingers! This stew has seriously good potential, very colourful and looks real tasty. 👌

Thanks Sanahal i am very glad to know that, it does help me boost my confidence to bring our cuisine to the world platform. One Professor, Oja Kangjia once mentioned about the love of our Kangsoi by some delegates from abroad. So our Kangsoi will do well with the western palates, will definitely try to do a charity Manipuri Meal and invite some English friend and see what they think and from there on we can start to promote our food. :-)
