Today, I went to the store to get 25% off the ICON 7 in. Diagonal Cutter. As an ITC member, my complaint is that if an item is not in stock, members should be able to order it ONLINE to arrive at the store to save on shipping costs. In fact, shipping should be free for ITC members in such cases. Otherwise, the membership starts to feel like a waste.
Hopefully HF is reading this.

Yes, Harbor Freight needs to fix this major problem with items not being available during these sales, it happens way too frequently, and with no rain checks or online ordering with pickup at store, it makes zero sense to waste fuel driving to their stores.

I've only gotten to the point (w tools) that I don't "need" anything from Harbor Freight. I have triples of alot of stuff.. Not on purpose 😂.. Usually lost then found after I've bought it again

Those Braun flip handheld are dope. Swap out the batteries with something better and they’re legit all you need for a wand light.

12 amp battery…I wonder if some type larger tool might be in the wings? Battery that larger would seem to make a typical hand tool too heavy.
I had an experience with that Gordon multi-tool yesterday. I broke a winch cable on a 2500 lb winch. I used the tool to remove the tiny cable clamps I had on the cable (not the first time I broke it). The pliers worked ok for that, but when I used then to unwrap the frayed end of the cable, I squeezed too hard I guess and both jaws shattered. That was a waste of money. I guess Leatherman is in my future.

Especially when the items are out of stock when you get to the store. Their online inventory numbers for the stores are incorrect for weeks on end, in my experience.

Went and picked up the Quinn 1/2 inch impact socket set and the 1/2 Hercules ultra torque with battery combo. It was nice being able to use both coupons on the same day.

Was going to buy a welder from Harbor Freight but was told that if the welder didn't work and I bring it back that I will Have to pay a restock fee. I am not buying anything I have to pay you to take bake if it is broken or defective. Harbor Freight lost may sale and future sale from me I purchased a welder from another vender.

Tried to use the Quinn coupon on the 3/8 master set today was told it was not a “single hand tool” tried it online and it gave me the discount going again tomorrow to try again should have asked to scan the coupon anyway to see if it worked
If it doesn't scan, walk away.
Can you reach out to Harbor Freights and see if they can make a Source Battery Inverter for Hercules like they have for Bauer. It would really come in handy for a power outage

feel like i end up having to return about 33% of the things i buy due to poor quality - in the last month, a set of bauer saw horses which were awful, not one, but 2, bauer orbital sanders, but the most disappointing is my hercules miter saw stand - very very disappointing
I like how you looked over that Hercules has a CORDLESS VACUUM PUMP, TWO STAGE NO LESS. Most hvac manufacturers don't have that
I seen that cordless vacuum but it's only 2cfm. Be ok for vehicles but would take forever pumping down even a 2 ton split. Be great for appliances too

Do you think HF Atlas will make a 80v version of a mini dirt bike (like EGO's) or better yet, a mini/adule UTV/ATV? Not sure if this is even possible. Just need something zip around the yard with fast that isn't a clunky golf cart.
