Trained at the same gym with Matiss as a newbie first time. Matiss is a killer and has been for years. Been taking on Russian wrestlers who’ve just been trying to hold him down and hug him.
Everyone is gonna see his striking in this fight but it’s his grappling and submissions that makes him so dangerous
5 minutes in and Matiss breakdown of lew seems accurate , even lew agreed and said fair enough about only having a left hand.
I see Matiss walking him down within the first round once he gets his reads.

Halfway through this interview and this Lew guy is talking rubbish it’s actually effort to listen to.He doesn’t listen and counter arguments he just calls matiss agitated and is acting like a child on his biggest interview.
Lew knows matiss is game and is backing it up with intelligent trash talk and all Lew can do is avoid what is being said.
