Its cool that the ex members are on good terms with the band. All 3 of the retired robots (Jon, Hatchworth and Upgrade) showed up for their 10th anniversary show. Hatchworth is still close friends with them.
Hatchworth was with the band for a LONG time he was the drummer back when Jon was in the group (still rocking his mustache and bowler hat too) and if memory serves Upgrade left not cause she didn't enjoy being in the band but cause she decided to have a family
@@WardNightstone I remember that the Upgrade actress tried to pursue an acting career as well.
We don’t talk about Michael Reed though
The Jon (curly hair) is so named because his name is... Jon. Rabbit (copper, goggles), well, it probably helps if you know her longtime nickname, Bunny. Guy on the bass does become a bot later when The Jon leaves, Hatchworth. Rabbit and Spine have been around the whole time but the current lineup is Rabbit, Spine and Zer0, who replaced Hatchworth.
I beg to differ. Zero is not a replacement, he made his own place.
Hatchworth was the bands regular drummer when they performed when Jon was still in the group
Rabbit is named such because of some of the characters ticks and malfunctions, her actual name and nickname Bunny came later, I think.
7:27 Rabbit went "out of robot mode" at that point because I think that is what they are imagining, rather than what is really happening.
I can’t imagine where bands like these without CZcams
The Spine - David Bennett, Rabbit - Isabella Bunny Bennett, the founders of the group. Then depending on what you are watching, Upgrade, The Jon, Hatchworth, and Zero.
There are times I'm almost jealous of the sheer talent of this band. The Spine and Rabbit are simply amazing. This is a fairly early video and the just keep getting better. Try out Malfunction and I'll Rust with you for even more feels.
Oh I do hope they do Malfunction some day
I happen to love those songs. I also like "I Don't Have a Name For it" and "Brass Goggles." Another good one done with Zero for the holidays is "Marshmallow World."
The Spine in that long jacket is iconic
This was their best lineup
I cannot wait for you to react to more of their videos. This band is phenomenal!
Love your SPG reactions!
Great video!!! I like the way this band presents the song. The guys skillfully subtly convey the mood with many small details. Thank you, dear ones, for your reaction! I love to watch you listen to this kind of music (not metal!)
Check out Mecto Amore
have they done Brass Goggles or The Spine's cover of 'Diamonds' yet?
Отличное видео!!! Мне нравится манера подачи песни этой группой. Парни искусно тонко передают настроение множеством мелких деталей. Спасибо, дорогие, за реакцию! Люблю смотреть, как вы слушаете подобного рода музыку (не метал!)
if you guys wat soem more Stempunk music you should check out
Proffesor Elemental the Gentleman Rhymer (he actually did a song for Phineas and ferb) & SPG acctually cameo'd in one of his videos called All together now
The Cog is Dead
Abney Park their gimmick is they are the captian and crew of the Ophelia a air ship
Professor elemental was also on the track sky sharks from the first side of vice quadrant!
I was the SPG escort at a convention in Ontario and the Prof was also attending. They were scheduled for Sky Sharks for the Saturday night concert. On Friday, during sound check, I had to help the Prof with the rap lyrics, which he had forgotten. It was such a fun weekend hanging with the band.
You must do summertime sadness by them ...
