Masks are not required outdoors and I believe that was also true back in March 2021 around the time you made your original comment eight months ago. Presently in November 2021, even in most brick and mortar stores, wearing masks is "highly encouraged" but not required in Calvert County. That is not true in places like D.C. where masks are required to worn be in practically every establishment. Is that because of denser population and thus higher risk of COVID infection? Who knows? Either way, I think these guys are doing a fine job reporting the news to locals who don't see much coverage about their small towns on the major news networks.
