Even if the King has everything, being a normal person i can still give him a gift. Gift is not materialistic . Its appreciation and link with the people. Long Live the Sultan of Selangor.
Normally in malaysia the king will endow a title to the people who has contributed to the states ie, athletes, businessman in his bday.. This is similar like sir or lord title that has been given by the queen in england to his peoples, but we used to called it differently
