    ●Mrg breakfast at 8 and it should be light.
    12:30 to 1:30 take lunch.
    ●Dinner should be at 6to 7pm.
    ●Sleep at 10:00pm.

    Your advices are so vital and healthy. I am working on how to stop eating at late,heavy foods i really need to stop it. Even though i am eating some light foods like fruits. Almond orange grapes and 🍎 🍌 s. I will put it in my heart by 7.p.m I should stop eating. I will really work on this, doctor so my stomach will flat. Your advices are so great. Expecialy the medical advice. Thanks a lot doctor.

    Sir, the time gap between dinner and next day breakfast is near about 12-13 hours, which is a big time gap. May this fasting cause acidity is stomach ? Is there any risk of Ulcer due to 12-13 hr of fasting everyday ?

    Fits very well with cyrcadian rhytms of the body, and increasing proof on health benefits of min 12 hours of fasting (which is abt 7 pm - 8 am break you mention).
    Can you also do a video on longer periods of fasting (24/36 hrs), what drinks are allowed?
