Well done! the videos are better than textbook! thanks a lot
thank you great revision for my psychology exam :)
hi khan academy , i am really puzzled about this and need urgent help . May i know the what minimal stimuli is and minimal threshold. are they the same ?
Soo helpful, thanks a lot
Thank you!!! Super helpful. :)
Thank you! Super helpful to supplement my notes!
HELPFUL!!!!
Content is helpful and clear. However, contrary to many other of your videos, the rate of speech was MUCH faster and I couldn't have the time to absorb the content; I had to pause and restart a lot because I couldn't process. So please keep creating those wonderful videos where there is a slow and steady flow of speech, thank you!
You can always slow the video down from the settings
Wouldn't the graph at 2:44 approach 50% as the intensity decreases to zero? When intensity falls below the absolute threshold, shouldn't the participant be performing as well as chance, or with a 50% accuracy?
your voice is just......
The voice is below the absolute threshold of sensation for sure lol
It's 2023: nobody wants to go on a date.
Got confused, still don’t know the difference
Am I dumb or is the absolute threshold marked at 60% on the y-axis when it’s supposed to be at 50%?
I think it should be 50% on the Y-Axis
You're not dumb. It does say 50% on the video, but the 5 does look kind of like a 6. But it's 50%.
I re-watched this video way too many times thinking there was some concept I wasn't getting because I definitely thought that graph said 60%
Thanks for rereading my psych book...SMH
Saw
I think the y-axis should be just the percentage of detections, not correct detections.
my textbook labels it as "chance of detecting stimulus"
You are talking to yourself. Fast and mumbling. Why make a video?
