I did this it works so well but after I was done squeezing as much juice out of the lemon as I could I cut it in half and then squeeze those halves together to get the maximum amount of lemon juice

Yeah I just did the same. It squirted out allot at first but had to cut it in half and used my fingers to juice the rest lol.
