Glutathione is a tripeptide composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glycine, and glutamine. It is the most abundant free radical scavenger in the body and plays a crucial role in maintaining a balance between free radicals and antioxidants.
Glutathione protects the body from oxidative stress, aids in detoxification, supports the immune system, and enhances sports performance. It also helps recycle vitamins C and E and assists in repairing damaged proteins.
Glutathione exists in two forms: reduced (active) and oxidized. It can be regenerated through the recharge process using NADPH and selenium. Glutathione is essential for overall health and well-being.

That’s what I do also. They are now making a combo supplement with both.
I like taking separately so as to dose NAC @ 600mg two times a day.
and glycine 3000mg in evenings. It can help with sleep.

Can your glutathione be opened up and put in food and still get same benefits? I am on the hunt for one but can't do pills due to past thyroid cancer and now dysphagia. Thank you.
