      To The Top Crane yes! I'm not sure how I got this lucky but I'm not complaining 😊 I have part two filmed, I'll be editing it hopefully during the week since we're plagued with thunderstorms all week. See ya in the next one! And thanks for watching

    Well, you messed UP...............and let me find your channel. I subscribed because if I saw someone almost as goofy as I was I needed to be there, so I AM! And the kicker was the POW/MIA on your helmet. I'm a vet and have a VERY soft spot for the POW/MIA's. Thanks Jason & Wifey! Watch out for Mr. Big Z. he might be hiding somewhere.

      Lewie McNeely first and foremost comrade McNeely, that you for your service to our great county. I personally am not a vet, although some of my closest friends are and a lot of my family was. One of my regrets is not enlisting, but that's neither here nor there. You'll see a lot of pro military and pro police stuff in the backgrounds of my content. I'm passionate about supporting both. What branch did you serve in?
      Secondly welcome to the channel I hope it doesn't disappoint. You know it's a long walk through life, and I feel like the time is much better passed not only in good company but while sharing laughs. I've got no problem laughing at myself and I encourage you to laugh at me too.
      How do you know mr. "Big ballz"? He seems like a real good guy!
      Thanks for watching comrade, and as always my friend- DRINK MORE VODKAS!!

      You're welcome for my 'service' such as it was. I am an RVN vet and that whole thing was a bad joke but you already know that. I was in the Army in the 34th Engineers and the 1st Cav there. I was in a Supply and Transportation outfit before I got out. 2 years, 9 months, 14 days and 10 1/2 hours, plus or minus 30 minutes either way was how long I was in. I got a 3 month early out because I had a job waiting on me. I am a heavy truck driver and equipment operator and am still burning diesel after 50 years. Don't know any better. And I love a good laugh and laugh at myself more than anyone else. And I have been watching Mr. BIG Z a long time.He is a super guy as are his folks and in-laws. I like to give him fits if I can. And I better leave the Vodkas to you. I'm too goofy and me straight up sober!

Looking forward to part 2! Also I need to figure out how I can get my wife to help me on some of my jobs 🤔 Thanks for sharing really enjoyed! Oh I also love the title to this video! 😂😂

      Rogue Excavating I wanted to put Russian roulette in the title lol but I think CZcams would frown upon that.... but I think you're dead on, it's terrifying to run it. I have to build a screen out of expanded metal for the operator cab. I was cutting with it last night and watching I'd say 5" pieces of god knows what go flying 65-100 feet into the distance. Thanks for watching sir, see ya in the next one!

    What size motor did you use?

    Hear the "ring" when the yoke hits the ground? That's high carbon steel, my friend. No worries welding it.

      Just saw part 2 of this, and I'm too wondering what size motor you used?
      I'm acquiring parts to convert a rear 3pt PTO mounted snowblower to loader mounted and hydraulicly driven off a pump hooked to my PTO on the tractor. Just wondering how similar our setups are?

    • @JasonWorksAlot
      @JasonWorksAlot  Před 4 lety

      MotivatedMetalworks do you know the gpm of the pump your mounting on the tractor flows at? I’m flowing. 15gpm on the mini.

    • @MotivatedMetalworks
      @MotivatedMetalworks Před 4 lety

      @@JasonWorksAlot The pump will be a new circuit off the PTO. It's rated 12.5ish gpm @2000rpm and 16ish gpm @3000 but only intermittently.
      I'll be doing a chain increaser to speed the pump up. I think I might make 540rpm input = 3000rpm to the pump so I can idle down closer to my torque peak around 1700rpm (instead of 2500rpm for 540 pto output), and then speed it up if we end up with something extra deep or heavy.
      My motor is around 4ci and rated 640rpm @ 14gpm iirc.

    • @MotivatedMetalworks
      @MotivatedMetalworks Před 4 lety

      Btw, the impeller on the snowblower is directly driven off the pto (or my hydraulic motor), and passes through a right angle gearbox to provide power for the augers. The input speed only really changes how far the snow gets pitched out the chute. I figure if I'm a little over it won't matter much. This thing blows 40' with ease running @540 rpm.
