❤️ INGREDIENTS:
- 1 L of red wine (dry or demi-sec) that you like to drink uncooked
- 1 organic orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 10 cloves
- 3 star anise
- 1 teaspoon coriander (seeds)
- 8 whole green cardamoms (break with the wide side of the knife)
- 8 pimento seeds (allspice)
- 4-5 spoons of sugar (or to taste)
