    I m 100 percent agrre with u..i know many builder in dwarka and gurgaon...about 99 percent of them are promoting m3m or omaxe dwarka.
    Nvr buy virtual space of any builder..if builder decide not to pay u...u will not get a single paise..
    Moreover if u go to court than he will say we will pay after judgments and u will also give maintenance of that space during that period...

    Broker promote that space only where there's cut or margin is high...
    No doubt that the locations is great but risk u r taking for that is too too high...
    I am also stuck in these type of virtual space in dwarka also...so a big NO to These type of investment

      Never invest in Raheja, most of their projects are incomplete Raheja Krishna, Raheja Revanta, and many more are stuck. Its better to burn the money and have a bonfire than invest in any of the Raheja project

    I suggestion for ur viewers- Omaxe has developed Omaxe Chandni chowk Mall beautifully and is ready and functional. Plus, Omaxe is giving fixed rental returns as well. One should visit this project also as it is one n only mall of chandni chowk. No land is left in chandni chowk so this will be only mall here. Investment options are also available there too. I was also searching abt virtual space investment n found this good for investment. Now it is all-ready functional and getting Very good foot fall. Invested 3 years back here n Got returns for last 3 years and now after possession builder has given me cheques (PDCs) for next 3 years. Felt very safe investment. Good luck. 👍

      I have PDC for next 6 years of a builder...I say only one thing...never ever buy any virtual space...jiss space ki tumhare pass talla chabi nhi hai usko kbhi buy mat kro...
      Moreover builder I m talking is in dwarka..
      If builder decided he will not pay..then u don't get any single paisa from it

      U have cheques still u r complaining? I think omaxe holds good reputation. Mall bhi acha bnaya he Chandni chowk wala. Builder and location dono matter krti he. Chiz chalne wali he to koi dikkat nhi aati. Omaxe chandni chowk to mast chal rha he👌

      Don't trust any contract which offers even 60 years of PDC. Such commitments can't be imposed in any court of law.
      This kind of real estate investment is a totally misguided by builders and brokers. Even brokers are not fully aware about it's clauses.
