My 3 Week Workout Routine | Insanity & Meals

  • Hey guys! Follow my fun journey to health and fitness, after an injury I sustained to my ankle whilst attempting to snowboard! This is quite extreme (well for me anyway) and I personally wouldn't recommend burning yourself out like this everyday!
    My favourite health tip is to make sure you're enjoying what you're eating and doing! There is food & sport for everyone.

    I'm 64 and still exercise daily, before breakfast. 40 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 25 minutes on the elliptical. I could do more, but I'm just trying to keep loose. Some days it is hard to get motivated, but I feel so much better afterwards. Keep it up, Hollie! (Or, is it Hailey?)

    Just a suggestion, try doing push ups in slow movement, position your arms shoulder length, let your front touch the floor, extend your arm straight pushing up your body, let your muscle feel the energy, normal breathing.. it keeps you away from injury and ensure benefiting or gaining good shape, develop muscle..

      playing with my dog... hes a cross breed of Chow and Golden retriever., beautiful dog, and he loves chess. hehehe

    Hollie should make sure she doesn't hurt her back doing sit ups. The best guide for ladies doing sit ups is the old Royal Canadian Air Force 5BX and XBX programs.
