As a city dweller who now lives in the Lake District your vids have turned my boring exercise walks into discovery expeditions. I actually feel like I engage with the countryside. Thank you.

Thank you so much for making your videos. I have been into my foraging zone this year and I am really enjoying the process of going out to look for these plants then trying it out myself. Really appreciate what you do, please continue!

If seems so lush and green where you are. Everything here on the South Coast is as dry as a bone. However, the mugwort in my garden doesn't seem to mind. It's a bit of a thug, but I like its silvery leaves. I haven't tried it yet but I've seen a nice recipe for mugwort and apple jelly.

Thank you for your videos. I find them very informative, I walk a lot and often wondered what some of the plants I see are.

You should put a book together. Take stills from your videos. I'll definitely buy one if you do it. 📖📖📖 wild food uk have a great book, I think you could do a month by month chapter. All the best.

Thanks for that Lewis i had wondered what that stringy plant with the yellow flowers was i just might try wild radish next time. Last week i came across a fresh sprouting driads saddle, the stems were surprisingly tough but the bracket itself was soft enough, i had it fried up in a madras curry after sampling a little bit fried with garlic.
