Sadly, I have experienced both gender and racial discrimination as a former employee of Trafficorps. It's sad, these guys "play hard" buying boats while staff members like Kim Mullenberg treat employees like shit, scheduling them 6 hours a week after they complain about safety concerns. Bullshit. Fun times for the Edward boys while the company pays shitty wages and creates hostile work environments. Wish I could upload some of texts I received from my Trafficorps boss to show how administration ACTUALLY treats employees.
