How I had a $2,000 plus yard sale in less than 9 hours! 😳😁

- Hello friends! I promised a yard sale video and here it is!!!!
My goal was to hit $2,000 in two days and we ended up hitting my goal in just one day (from 7am-3pm)!
This yard sale was a learning experience for me for sure! I had planned for it to be two days long but day two was basically a flop! I only set up for about 2-3 hours on day two (Sunday), and I only made $20! But that is totally fine because day one was a $2k plus day!!
*My top advice if you are planning to have a yard sale is, make sure you are sooo stocked in laundry products! If you think you have enough, you need twice that! 😂 I also recommend just picking one day to do the sale. Saturday was the better day for me to do mine and i also suggest, if possible to find someone you know who lives on a busy street, who will let you have the sale at their house! You are more likely to get customers this way!! And lastly, make sure you Advertise advertise advertise!!!! I made a Craigslist ad, and posted in about 10 of my local yard sale groups/buy and sell groups on Facebook! *
And by doing thise few things my yard sale ended up being over $2k in sales!!!

Before covid I used to buy bundles of 80 newspapers for $6 each every Sunday and I shopped hard. I sold 500-1000 a week pretty consistently. I love stockpile sales

Peg boards on wall w/shavers, makeup, etc.plus a "she" shed.I also penny shop.Made Mother,Father,Easter baskets this pass 2 years,did very well. I sell year round on a local buy now FB group which helps keep a quick turnaround on cash & product. We advertise 8-3 and generally are open 7-4 LOL as long as people are stopping I'm going to sell. I hate selling at someone else's house, so much work moving everything over.

OMG!!!!!! I wish i lived near you i would be there!!!! I would buy alot!!!!!!! Even if i had to go to the bank to get more cash. Have another sale soon before the weather gets cold. Most people close there garage sales by noon where I'm from because of the heat and it doesn't pay anything to sit outside till 5pm. Advertise just till noon you'll be full of customers.

How long does it take you to get a stockpile for the yard sale. I am trying to get ready for a yardsale
It really just depends on how often you coupon and what items you think you’ll sell the most of, I coupon 3-4 days a week and I sold basically out of my entire stockpile last summer, so about 10 months later I had my first yard sale of this year and I have a lot left but I sold completely out of a lot of things like laundry and scent refills and body wash and oral care
How long have you been couponing?
For about 6 years but I took a 2 year break until my stockpile was all gone and started back up about 8 months ago ish!
